I have used Bitdefender for many years with its low impact on my system hardware speed but a high level of protection. If you switch on all of the protection, it even protects against ransomware which has been very high profile in the news lately. The installation process is painless and this version can protect 10 devices that include smartphones and tablets. Amazon is cheaper than buying from Bitdefender directly, something their sales desk admits. All of the PC test reviews I have looked at agree that its detection rates and more importantly what it does when it finds something, is the best of the best and it has saved me from problems many times when surfing the net. Sometimes this is because website designers have not been too careful about how they have assembled their sites. A well-known UK supermarket always flashes up warnings genuinely but I am protected against those bad elements in real-time by Bitdefender so I can still get my order done in safely. This is one purchase you will not regret.

No issues, but it's cheaper to get item physically sent to an amazon collection point. It's £3 more to have it sent to your home address, and £5 extra to have the code emailed. Not very green Amazon?

I have been using Bitdefender for years both personally and on our church account with no issues until today.I noticed on Amazon that they had a special offer for a 10 devices which I bought for our church. At the moment we only have 5 devices active and my intention was to extend the license period of the current 5 devices and add more devices to the account.Followed the instructions and went to the "My Subscriptions" web page and clicked the "Upgrade" button which produced another web page where the only option available was to buy another subscription which was useless to me as I already have a new subscription purchased from Amazon.I went back to "My Subscriptions" and the only other option was to press the "Activate with Code" button. This produced an entirely new subscription section, with no option to extend existing licenses, with 10 vacant licenses for new device allocation.It appears that extending existing licenses is a thing of the past and if you want to keep existing licenses active then auto renewal is now your only option.This in my opinion is very short sighted and denies loyal customers the option to take advantage of discounted offers on licenses to extend their subscription and forces existing customers to either purchase new licenses via the "Upgrade" button or to go down the auto renewal route both of which cost more and is clearly designed to benefit Bitdefender and not existing customers.With regret when my personal and church subscriptions expire I'll be looking elsewhere.

I’ve been using Bitdefender for a few years having given up on Kaspersky due to concerns that the integrity of the package might be compromised by interference on the part of the Russian Government. Reinforced by the fact that my high street bank withdrew it from their customer offerings due to similar concerns.Anyway back to Bitdefender. I've been using their Total Security suite for a number of years and during that time not one of my connected devices (Windows laptop, IPad and Samsung phones) has been compromised by any security threats. It's intercepted a few but thankfully that's as far as it got. As far as I'm concerned that's what I'm paying for and that's what it's consistently delivered.As an added bonus the suite also gives you the benefit of various tweaks to improve the running of your devices. All of which are neatly arranged, customisable and explained in relatively simple terms.All in all its a great all rounder with consistently good reviews from the computer experts and consumer websites. Its easy to operate and delivers everything that you you need and want from a Security Suite. If you are looking for peace of mind from the growing number of threats that blight our everyday access to the Web and beyond then look no further.

Antivirus & firewall solution that does what it states. Having multiple licenses for a reasonable price allows for covering all the devices in the family. The firewall is a bit tricky to configure, by default it appears to block everything which is fine for most users, but doesn't always play nice with VPN client needed for working from home.
