🎥 Elevate your shots with SliderONE — where precision meets portability!
The edelkrone SliderONE v2 is a compact motorized camera slider designed for professional creators. It supports up to 20 lb horizontally and 5 lb vertically at 90°, offering 7.9" of smooth travel powered by dual DC motors. Featuring backlash-free gears and a quiet step motor driver, it ensures steady speed control and silent operation. Wireless compatibility with HeadONE and HeadPLUS heads enables advanced 2- or 3-axis motion control, while the compact 10.6" size makes it ideal for on-the-go shoots. Compatible with DSLRs, mirrorless, and cine-style cameras, it’s the perfect tool to unlock creative time-lapse and stop-motion effects.

It Checks The Boxes
If you’re buying this, you need to understand what you’re buying. This isn’t going to have anywhere near the range of motion that the SliderPro or a rival like the Arc II has. You can get some decent parallax effects going but, in reality, this is for upping your B-roll game.Regarding the scathing remarks that some have left both here and on YouTube with reference to the app-pairing experience, I didn’t suffer any of that. It connected and worked each time I used it. Yes, the firmware updates frequently, but I’d rather have that than the alternative. All in all, it’s a nice slider you can throw in your bag to add some cinematic motion to both scripted and “run and gun” style shoots. I bought this with the HeadPlus, and am really happy with both.

App connectivity not there
Got this slider yesterday and it connected first try but after removing the battery to set it up on a tripod it wouldn’t reconnect to the app which is the only way to control it. I tried for an hour to get it to connect with the same result. I tried again today and it connected after 20minutes which for a $400 slider I don’t find acceptable when you can connect a phone to a $20 Walmart toy drone in one try. Now returning it for being second rate technology.

GREAT QUALITY - But read before you read
material greatease to use I guessapp works alrightNOW HERE IS WHAT YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU KNOW:1) It uses Canon LP6N batteries .... NOT included in box, so if you do not have a canon camera.... you will NOT be able to use out of the box2) you pretty much need a tripod head or the flip whatever they recommend to use it well... because most cameras will not have the same thread... the flip head they recommend jI heard it is good but the third parties ones are flimsey as heck..3) yes you can put heavy loads.... BUT if you have long lens sticking out and messing you center of gravity the set up will flip over... so your choices of set will be VERY LIMITED... the motor is strong enough for vertical/angled slides but it is not perfect. I would recommend if you do not have a slider yet, get one that is not motorized... this is a specialized (TOOO EXPENSIVE for what it does) niche slider.4) I do not like that it does not have a clear on and off button.... it turns on when you stick the battery in...

Expensive and not dependable
The media could not be loaded. When I plug in the battery it goes and gets stuck like it is not finding the limit. One time out of a hundred it works but as soon as I take the battery to power it off (doesn’t have a power button) it gets the problem again. Tried contacting edelkrone but because it is only by email I had no response at all. If you need something dependable and robust look somewhere else.
