I suffer from lower back and mid back pain. After open heart surgery my abdominal strength just wasn't back to normal and my core weakened. Just measure your belly as they mention in the description, to get your size correct. This product fits perfectly. Very easy to adjust and is even comfortable while sitting. It gives the support I need while working and lifting. Also it aliviated pain while wearing it which was great. Quality made and functional.

I got this back support when I had a herniated disc. I could barely move without being in excruciating pain. I got this to help keep my core stabilized until it healed enough. Unfortunately this caused more issues than it did comfort. I had to return it. After wearing it for two days my issues worsened. As soon as I removed it I began to feel relief. If you have a healthy back and want to use this to help prevent back issues, it may be great. If you already have back issues and are looking for something to aid in support, it's a craps shoot. It didn't work for me, but it may work for others. It is made very well. The adjustability of the support is probably some of the best I've seen. You can have it as snug or as loose as you need it. It goes up high enough that it will stabilize your entire lower lumbar region without issue. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars, even though it didn't work for me.

This is excellent for my back. I ordered a second one for my friend because she also has back problems. It is amazing how well it helps my back pain. One day I was working in the yard and I had forgotten to put it on and so my back was hurting pretty badly. I put it on after I had been working in the yard and it actually helped my back feel better! Obviously you're supposed to put it on before you start work but it does help if you forget. It is very sturdy and a very good value for your money. I bought a size large and it's flexible so you can tighten it or loosen it as needed. It took me a minute or two to figure out how to put it on because it has extra straps on the side of it that help you tighten it or loosen it but that's it otherwise it's easy to do. The material is fine and I found the whole thing very comfortable and it works!

Have had a bad back so ordered this brace to see if it would help. Found it to be comfortable and it has helped to ease the pain so I can walk again without too much difficulty. It is a little on the warm side but that could be due to the fact that it's summer and extremely hot and humid right now. I would recommend this brace as it helps with stability in the low back. Just remember to order the right size by looking at the measurement chart so that the brace that's ordered will fit perfectly!
