Artway Watercolour Set - Shimmer - 12 Full Pans , Black

I bought these based on reviews. They did not disappoint. Unusually for pearlescent paints they stood out even on white paper. The shades were gorgeous. The tin they come in is convenient to carry around. It took very little water to get a strong pigment. Based on this experience I am likely to look at other Artway products

This is a great Set of pearl paints the good points as follows Good coverage and colour is easy to lift from palette Great value and great colour choice Bright colours / nice pearl effect Paints easy to layer for more depth of colour Not so good points..... Palette is quite messy in the way each pan is filled, makes it look used..... Huge variations in amount of paint in each pan, three of mine are quite full to the top and 4 that have bearly any in ..... Pan are about half the width of Kuretake water colours.....paint is very simular in texture and coverage

Really like how creamy these are. Most of the colours are opaque enough and work well for highlights in whimsical and festive projects.

Good quality paint with lovely coverage on watercolour paper. Maintains its Iridescence when dry. Fun to use. Bought one for a friend, who really likes the quality too. Hopefully the manufacturers will produce a bigger set with even more colours.

Brilliant shimmery colours.

This is the first time I have tried using this type of watercolour and I love it. It is shimmery and as dense as you want, be sparing or just ladle it on. If my cards look dull I use the colours as required and what a difference. The box is metal and light, the pans are quite big and in my opinion full up. It's tidy and attractive and what a bargain. I have just finished a wee picture of a mermaid for my great granddaughter and modesty aside its lovely. I am ordering another box pronto before the price goes up!

Superbe aquarelle metalique, pour le prix je recommande, je n'ai pas essayer de qualiter superieur pour comparer, mais deja vue la qualiter de celle ci, je suis bluffer ! Si ont attend qu'elle seche ont peu faire des motifs avec plusieurs couleurs ! Tres belles couleurs aussi :)

colour pale and shimmer hardly shows on white paper. Bit better on black. NOT like the video advert!

The colors are beautiful and love all the colors but most of them were only half filled which was very disappointing.
