Better than the box relaxers.

ALWAYS A GREAT PRODUCT, BUT THESE JARS ARE QUITE SMALL.; HAD TO PURCHASE A COUPLE OF THEM. MIND YOU, STILL THE BEST QUALITY.

I have not used this particular product before but I have used other products by this brand. I just want to inform customers before they purchase that it is very small. Don't want them to be caught by surprise like I was.

I have used nothing but Vitale since I was about 11 or 12. My beautician at the time used it, and so that's what I kept up with. There was some other relaxer I was using before that, but it gave me the kind of perm burn that left my eyes rolling. (Part of that was me scratching. The other part makes me believe that relaxer was suspiciously strong.) I was pissed that the beautician used the relaxer on my head knowing I had an open scratch like that, and I chose never to go with her again. But she is the person who introduced me to Vitale, so I have to give her credit where credit is due. Twenty-five years later, and this is still the only relaxer I'll use. I buy the moisturizers, actual olive oil, shampoos, conditioners, etc. Vitale is pretty much my go-to. This relaxer also worked well. I kinda prefer the ones with the liquid activator over ready-made versions, but this was cool.

Takes to long to activate and does not perm hair properly

From a professional standpoint, awesome product 👍🏾. The reason why the negative reviews is because they probably coated or based their scalp and it’s not called for. For the ones who used permanent color or bleach…this is not for that.

It's smaller than it should be I see now go to the store and get stuff like this
