Very Easy to Work with
Great case with almost no downsides. The glass is clear and it's a screwless design that makes it really easy to open up. Plenty of space underneath if you want bottom intakes and good vents for airflow. There's a tonne of space in the back for cabling and great options for cable management. The RGB strip is tasteful and can be easily turned off if needed. I have mine set to solid white. It's expensive but most cases are when they're this size/material and I'd say this one's definitely worth it if you're looking at this price point anyway. The one thing preventing me from giving it 5 starts is the branding. There's an "ROG CERTIFIED" sticker in the bottom right corner of the glass side panel which is a bit annoying if you just want a clean looking case. Personally I haven't tried because it doesn't bother me enough, but I hear you can remove it with a razor blade if you want to.

Expensive but great for SSD's
I had brought the Evo version before hand, but sent that back simply because it could not hold many HD's. I saw this and saw that it could hold four drives which was great for the motherboard that I had originally brought, but that was not working, so I brought a MSI mobo which had eight SATA ports. Sadly with this case, you can only really fit four HD's in the swappable bays, but after a bit of research, I decided not to use the swappable drives, you can take the back off the cages so you can have them as static, rather than being hooked up to potentially disk killers. I decided not to have them in the case and instead I have all my drives outside of the case in a plastic drive mount. I decided to do this, simply because the inside of the case looks a total mess with the cables that you cannot hide and what makes this worse, despite the case being silver and white the cables supplied in the case are black, could they not have done white cables? In fact I was going to give this three stars, but thinking about the cables, I have to give this two stars. The panels are hard to get back together once removed I have been messing around for most of the afternoon trying to get them back on but in the end I decided just to leave them open and allow fresh air to get into the case. So my dream build is not so dream after all, but a nightmare, however it works and potentially I might put this into an arcade cabinet some time in the future so I would not need the case anyway, but it serves a purpose for now. I will also add that it annoys me that the case is listed as white, but the front panel is silver and really should be called silver and white or just silver. The main focus for me is the panel and not the sides or the back of the case. However, it does match my monitor. I am looking into the case as I type this, and it really is annoying that all what I can see is black cables it shows little thought or care about the case, and they just wanted to make it cheaper despite the price tag that you are paying. I honestly do not think that I have seen a better case than this, it fits a 4070 and I have an air cooler, and that is struggling to fit inside. A larger graphics card it will fit, but will be a tight squeeze.

Surprisingly disappointing...
It's a nice case, and with der baur and ROG behind it I was surprised to see some basic flaws in the design. The hot swap drive bays for SSD or conventional hard drives are sealed on 4 sides. Top and bottom of the removable carriers have a few small holes (8) for ventilation. But the ventilation exhausts within one inch of the top of the case and theres no roof vents at that point. Perfect for cooking your drives. Theres very little cooling in the rear section where aforementioned drive bays and power supply live. A work around is to remove the middle drive cage, fit 2 x 80mm fans, one above the other, to the rear drive cage door pushing air into the rear and then a 120mm fan to the side/rear panel, also pushing air into the rear section. There is a large hole in the chassis where the bottom of the CPU is located. This would have been an ideal area to fit a 140mm, or even 200mm fan to push cold air across the bottom of the motherboard. Another opportunity missed.Although it looks like there is plenty of space inside the case you are quite limited on where you can put what...its a binary choice. You can fit it or not fit it.. radiators, distros blocks have limited location choices. Add in pumps and reservoirs , flowmeters and loop controllers, running out of space happens quick and ugly. I'm currently struggling to find a location to fit a small Asus ext fan controller board. ( to control the 2x80mm and 1 x 140mm at the back). There are some cheap and nasty plastic catches that are begging to fail and yet the glass restraint and locating system is one of the most simple and elegant you will find..Lian li are one of the better case makers and the Dynamic 011 XL will shift in large numbers. It so nearly works... it's one of the best cases out there and very popular too. But I cant help thinking that for this sort of money, the bugs in the design should not be this obvious.

Dodgy Quality Control by manufacturer
The case is candyfloss pink.Didn't notice till late in build due to lighting.I'll have to live with it.Also one of the case LED's is stuck on yellow. From research I found other people had same problem with case colour.CCL were good customer service. It is a Lian Li fault, not CCL.Custom loop water cooling, there is nothing I could do if I wanted a working pc within 4-6 weeks.
