Are use this product five years ago as directed and it was disaster. Thinking I’ve done something wrong. I tried the product again after extensive preparation of my driveway in California. Again 10 pails of this product failed miserably. Customer service was no help. Home Depot was no help but they did refund the price of the product, my driveway is a disaster and the licensed contractors. Don’t know what to do about it other than repaint my driveway because it is a latex product. I am so disappointed. After all the work I did in days it took for me to do the project myself my asphalt services at my home or simply a disaster. Use at your own risk. Product began failing within weeks.

I have used the Latex Ite airport grade sealer twice now on my asphalt driveway and found it looks good for about 1 maybe 2 years. It is gritty so no slip surface but does not cover anything more than very small cracks and is overpriced for the longevity and durability of the product.
