Exactly What I Needed!
I just joined WW again after taking years off. I am very thankful to have new ideas and recipes that contain point values as well as how many servings the recipe makes. So far, I have a few things I am looking forward to trying!This book appears to have a wide variety of hints and all the recipes that are easy to read. There are colorful pictures too. This would make a wonderful resource for any kitchen or even as a gift to those who are looking for healthy options that are homemade!

Great deal on this book!
This is actually a folder with loose leaf pages in it, rather than a book. But I was still really impressed at the size of the folder and the number of recipes included. All of the recipes have the new Points Plus values for them. Categories include Breakfast & Brunches, Starters & Light Meals, Salads, Soups, Beef Pork & Lamb, Poultry, Fish & Shellfish, vegetarian main dish, vegetable sides, grain & bean sides, slow-cooker classics, pizza calzones & sandwiches, yeast breads quick breads & muffins, cakes pies & more, fruit & frozen desserts puddings & sauces. It is 424 pages long & each page has 1-2 recipes on it!The best thing was that it comes with a card for a FREE year subscription to weight watchers magazine or if you mail in the card by Dec 31st 2010 you can get a refund for $9.99! Makes this a really cheap addition to your recipe library!Recommend as a gift too, great for anyone watching their weight or who just enjoys cooking!

Huge timesaver filled with stuff I'd eat even if it were not WW
I'm a relatively new WW Online member (just a few weeks in) who was excited about the program and finally getting healthy, but was finding logging every little thing and adding my own recipes to the Tracker tool day after day exhausting. Even though I work from home and might have more free time that somebody a bit more on the go, I was worried about dropping off the plan for lack of time to Track. So, so glad I found this cookbook. What a great tool in your weight loss arsenal!I am a foodie who loves to cook and bake (those cooking channels are "go to" staples on my TV) and I love that this cookbook has recipes from every genre and skill level. How about something with an Asian flavor tonight, or maybe Mediterranean? No? I know...lets have Mexican! Soups, breads, desserts, salads, and slow cooker recipes, etc. are easily found divided by meal category and also listed in a handy glossary that can be searched by food type, points values, and recipe name. PointsPlus values, serving portions, and nutrition info are clearly listed at the bottom of each recipe and there are a smattering of tempting color pictures throughout the book. A HUGE timesaver, you just "quick add" the points value of the meal to your Tracker and portions eaten, and viola! Done Tracking in seconds.One of the nice things I found was that while some of the recipes will be something you've never tried before, there are plenty of recipes for things you probably already make. For example, scalloped potatoes with cheese, mac & cheese, burgers, meatloaves, vegetable or noodle soups, spaghetti and meat sauce, "oven fried" baked chicken dishes are included and taste amazing while substituting healthier ingredients. I have yet to try a recipe that was a real dud, and even my picky "meat and potatoes" hubs is liking the new stuff coming out of the kitchen. Yay! No more finding yourself making two separate dinners because the spouse won't eat "diet" food. Last night I tried the Mulligatawny ("No soup for you!" ~sorry, gratuitous Seinfeld reference) for the first time at only 3 Points per serving. Nary a drop left after everybody went back for seconds!One last note: I read other reviewers complaining about the binding/quality of the book, or lack thereof. It isn't great, but it is far from horrible. The front and rear covers are made of laminated cardstock and the inside pages are glossy paper like the pages of a nice quality magazine. The binding is one of those heavy plastic spiral thingies. My cookbook did arrive with the back cover having been creased from bending in a couple of places, but I was so impressed with the contents that I was unwilling to send it back and wait on a new copy.Overall, this is a wonderful product. Easily, my best cookbook purchase in years. It is filled with sensible, but delicious recipe ideas that will leave your taste buds happy and your tummy satiated. After having paged through this cover to cover, I can honestly say that I'd have liked/been tempted to try around 8 out of 10 recipes (c'mon...not everybody likes every food!) even if they weren't WW approved. This has a little something for everyone and the convenience of Tracking helps keep me resolved and cranking great meals out of my kitchen.

This cookbook is a MUST have for anyone who is embarking on the Weight Watchers new points plus program. I have about 8 different WW cookbooks and they are all helpful but this one really gives you a better understanding on the new program. The recipes are labeled from easy to difficult. Most are easy and contain ingredients that most of us already have in our kitchen. The recipes are well labeled with nutrition information. I have tried several recipes including a cake that I brought to Easter Dinner which everyone enjoyed. And no I did not announce that it was a Weight Watcher recipe. It was extremely moist and very delicious and there was not one piece leftover.My point here is that the recipes are delicious and not what everyone would think of "DIET". I highly recommend it to everyone even if you are not a Weight Watcher because the nutritional is helpful for everyone who wants to eat healthy and enjoy what they are eating.

These are good, very general recipes. This didn't work for me as I was looking for something with less carbs and meal planning

Ottimo libro( ovviamente in lingua inglese) con tantissime ricette gustose (dolci, primi piatti, secondi, zuppe e torte salate) utili anche per chi non segue la weight Watcher ma un qualsiasi regime dietetico ipocalorico. E' scritto in un inglese di immediata comprensione e per quanto riguarda le unità di peso basta cercare su internet un convertitore e il gioco è fatto.

I have made about 10 recipes out of this book it has very clear instructions and easy to use it has every recipe you would need to do the diet and is a very good price at amazon looked other places but caim back to amazon to buy as it was best price thanks

Noch ein Versuch.... Ich weiss nicht, wie oft schon, mal mit mehr, mal mit weniger Erfolg. Ob es diesmal wohl dauerhaft klappen wird? Neues Programm, neues Glück! Aber ganz egal, ob was runter geht oder nicht, die Rezepte in diesem Buch sind super lecker. Jeder, der davon probiert hat war begeistert, sogar meine bessere Hälfte, ein absoluter Diätmuffel. Der Chocolate-Buttermilk Bundt Cake z. B. ist wirklich vom Feinsten. Kein Mensch würde ihn für Diätfutter halten. Also ran an den Speck (hoffentlich) oder wenigstens Frust mit Genuss...!
