Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification Exam Review, 3rd Edition Spiral-bound – January 1, 2019

The chapters are broken down in a way that is easy to comprehend and concise while also covering the most important info for the exam. I am a CNM student studying for EFM. I am about halfway through this book right now and find the study questions very helpful. Some of the tracings are difficult to read but I find the content makes up for it. May want to supplement with additional tracing practice. The seller/author has been incredibly kind and responsive with questions too!

Good resource

This book has great lessons, case studies, and practice questions. My only complaint is the example tracings are very blurry and hard to read although you can figure it out.

I purchased this book well before I started studying and by the time it’s flaws became apparent to me, the return window had closed. I wish I had invested in an alternative study resource...The tracing images were blurred to the point of not being able to distinguish between absent and minimal variability, and 120 and 180bpm. Nothing like a practice test w illegible tracings to shake your confidence the week prior to taking the exam.The practice test key at the end was flat out missing questions/answers intermittently. There were typos and contradictions thrown in throughout the chapters as well. Lacks explanations in answer key, as well.Not a good resource even if it was free. Confusing more than educational. Please consider studying with Mosby’s pocket book and the AWHONN book! Quizlet was also a good resource. Relias gnosis’ efm was a life saver if you have access through your institution.

Wish I could have all the answers of the practice tests.the printing should be better for the price.
