Great item for hose end.
I purchased this for a end hose as needed a screw thread to attach a quick-release hose connector end as I needed for use with a car pressure washer.The material feels robust and hopefully will last a few years.It was easy to fit into the 19mm hose I had and I also added a clip to ensure it would not accidentally slip out.It was value for money for what I needed.

Needs clip for 13mm ID irrigation pipe
You will need a jubilee clip if you're putting this on 13mm ID irrigation pipe. The barb is too small.

Nice cheap way of connecting a standard garden hose to a standard tap screw. I use it to connect a hose to garden trays for greenhouse irrigation. NB doesn't come with a washer.
