The product is great. It was just not adequately packaged to protect it from damage

Nice mop sink but the corners are damaged

The media could not be loaded. Good size basins and did what I wanted them to do

Two corners on bottom badly damaged upon delivery and packaging box was poorly taped and damaged too.Otherwise it’s a nice, heavy tub with extra big drain hole.

So i do have to say I love my sink! BUT...it took 3 times to get one that wasn't broken. I almost didn't get it because every time I received it somewhere it was broken. Its very roomy and is good quality but they definitely don't take the time to package it properly so make sure it isn't broken on the corners.

The product came loose in a cardboard box - zero support. Three of the 4 corners were damaged so I ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived more damaged from the first with not only damaged corners but cracks. Amazon could not ship any other way and told me to return both, offering $25 Amazon credit. These are large mop basins (intended as a dog bath). They are heavy, hard to carry, and cost over $200. Super disappointed in Amazon and the manufacturer because I called their customer service as well and got nowhere.

Product was damaged, don't recommend buying.

It came with corner damage. Instead of going though the hassle and time to get another one the customer let me put the damaged corner to the back wall .
