Can these gloves work if i am playing a game on my tablet?

Yes, they definitely can. I’ve done that myself. Just make sure that the gloves fit snuggly on your hand. If they’re loose, they won’t work.

How well will they fit for texts for women with 3 in. long middle finger,2.75 in. index & 2.5 in thumb?(Measured palm side up including my fake nails)

I have big hands and the gloves stretch to fit. I dont have very long fingernails. My dominant hand (right)used my phone alot texting, messaging etc as part of my job and my right index finger were through the glove pretty quickly. The responsiveness with the the phone (touchscreen) was great but wish they lasted longer. They have a good return policy so might be worth trying. Also did help my hands stay warmer.
