You are only paying for and will receive the metal stand at the bottom. Cardboard, paper, or a combo of both, but the chains and weight of the steel targets, plus the torque they'd place on the frame of this much thinner metal would be too much for it to bear over a short period of time. I can almost guarantee either a break or serious "bendage". I have a steel target system and the holding frame is much thicker than this target system's frame.
