I couldn't be happier with the DX160; sounds way better than my computer or phone does and I really like the over all feel in the hand. Screen is great looking (in fact I turned it down to 720p) and I love the volume dial. The clear case that is included is nice enough; the screen protectors are plastic and make touch controls rough (I tossed them even though I put screen protectors on everything).Battery lasts longer than I expected, sound is great, and fits in my shirt pocket perfectly. 5/5

El reproductor que trae de fábrica es malo. Se calienta demasiado, hay mejores dap que ese con un precio menor. No conecta con Tidal Music

I had an ibasso dx50, dx90 and dx160. One thing about ibasso, their build quality is very good, and their players sound incredible. But it always takes multiple firmware updates to get these players right. Ibasso should really concentrate on getting it right before they take your cash. If you like to stream from tidal, quobuz, TuneIn or anything else, you better be right next to your router. Once you leave the room, you'll loose your connection. What agrivates me is this is a 400.00 player. My fiio M6 that costs 149.00, streams perfectly from any room in the house. Even my garage. Also their mango stock music player has potential, but often crashes. To get it up and running again I had to do a factory reset. Not fun. Ibasso, we need more updates.

I really wish rating's could be given in .5 increments instead of "pick one of five" because this one gets a 4.5 from me, I only have a few complaints/concerns but so far this is doing much better than what I've had recently.It functions as a Bluetooth receiver so I can pair it to my iPhone and listen to Youtube, Spotify, etc from that anytime, it feels great in hand and the volume wheel has no wobble and seems perfectly fitted to the body, it has enough power to drive my Sennheiser HD 6XX / Audio-Technica ATH-R70X on low gain at 65-70% volume and it has dynamic musical sound that allows me to properly enjoy my 6XX which are usually too analytically "blah" sounding to me. I like that the USB-C port is on the top of the player instead of at the bottom, keeps the headphone ports accessible, and I was able to install Google Play from APK Pure without issue. It's general performance has been lack-luster in terms of speed, Spotify doesn't load much faster than it did on the Fiio X5 III although in other aspects this device is much faster, the display is also very vibrant and attractive although it's brightness doesn't have much range.The negatives:My unit has an imprint down the center of the screen, most likely something that occured during the manufacturing process, the device doesn't natively support YouTube at all and it has proven to be an utterly unusable DAC on either of my PCs producing an absurd amount of noise and artifacting, it has also rebooted unexpectedly on two separate occasions; preserving battery life can be tricky on this device I'd recommend leaving it in Airplane mode.All around I'd say this is a winner, I'd take it over the Hiby R5 or Fiio M11 (although if the M11 had better support for Tidal/Spotify I would still choose it over the DX160).

Takes a while to get used to the operating system

He comprado el reproductor ibasso dx160 en HEADPHONIAKS, a través de Amazon, y sólo puedo decir cosas positivas, tanto del vendedor HEADPHONIAKS como de Amazon y, por supuesto, de ibasso.El reproductor realmente sorprende por su gran calidad de terminación, como de sonido. Realmente se aprecia la diferencia con otros reproductores, y no digamos ya con respecto a un móvil... Eso si, aconsejo disponer de un servicio en striming de calidad (Qobuz o Tidal) y unos buenos auriculares. Si te gusta la música, con este ibasso dx160 vas a disfrutar mucho...Una cosa curiosa, al fabricarse en China, trae algunas aplicaciones instaladas en chino, pero con el traductor de Google es fácil ver de qué van, incluso me ha parecido algo anécdotico...Tarda mucho en actualizar el sistema operativo la primera vez que lo hace, pero una vez hecho, va genial y con fluidez. De verdad, un 10 sobre10.Estuve mucho tiempo intentando decidirme entre este reproductor y e Fiio M11, y al final afortunadamente, me decanté por este y estoy muy satisfecho. Sin duda, una excelente compra.En cuanto al vendedor, creo que es distribuidor autorizado en España de la marca, por lo que qué más puedo decir; excelente en todos los aspectos. Estoy seguro que volveré a comprales algo más próximamente.Y bueno, Amazon con el servicio de siempre; 10 de 10.

Questo lettore ibasso dx 160 è davvero un ottimo prodotto con schermo 1080p veloce e si sente veramente bene con cuffie adeguate. Consiglio vivamente.

Great sounding player let down by poor Bluetooth range and slow and buggy operating system.

The sound quality of this device gets better after initial burning in. Balanced output was my priority doing this and it seemed to take much less time doing so. My only gripe is WiFi reception, but that wasn’t my intention to utilise that option, so it really doesn’t bother me.For the price it is a steal on sound quality alone.
