While these flashlights are pretty lightweight, I'm nonetheless impressed with the quality for the price. The six flashlights not only came with three AAA batteries for each, there are also two extra internal battery cylinders. I appreciate that, since they may be the weak part in the design. All six flashlights work once the batteries were installed--no duds. We got these to use when star-gazing, to look at star maps, because our redlight headlamps weren't ideal for that. These slip easily into a pocket. The included strap on each is a nice idea but not really executed well (too small to slip over an adult's wrist and not made from anything durable) but that doesn't detract from my rating.

These mini red flashlights are surprisingly bright and super handy! Perfect for night hikes or stargazing without ruining your night vision. Compact enough to stash anywhere, and the pack of six means I can keep spares in my car, backpack, and toolbox. Great value for the price!

Easy to operate, these KunHe Red Light Mini LED Flashlights are bright and tolerant of drops. This 6-pack comes with needed batteries (3 AAA for each). In fact, the price is so reasonable that, ironically, it is probably less expensive to buy another 6 flashlights than replacing the batteries.

Work really well, good value. To be fussy, the "red" color is slightly pink compared to other red leds. I tried to photograph this, but of course, it’s hard to photograph lights. The color on the right is this led light, the left is another brand, more expensive though.

Red light is great for preserving your night vision. I bought these to use when shooting firework shows - they have enough light to be able to walk safely and find the fuse to light, but also preserve your night vision so you don't ruin the visual effects of the fireworks. What can I say, they're VERY inexpensive. All six worked right out of the box with the provided batteries, and they put out just the right amount of light to safely walk around at night.

If you ever want to go crab hunting on the beach, these flashlights are perfect. They are very bright but will not bother turtle nests.

These are not particularly fancy or well made. They are better than "cheap". But they do: 1) have a metal case 2) come with batteries 3) Red LED light (good for night) 4) low cost They are not that bright, but that is a good thing for me. I use it at ngiht when it is pitch black and cloudy. They work.

These were great for night time at the beach. Bright lights can disturb the sea turtles so these were perfect. They came with batteries and they worked well for what we needed.
