Good fit and quality helped from the word go for pain relief and discomfort worth every penny

This was for my hubby who was delighted with it. He is waiting for surgery and this support was instant and relieves worry whilst waiting for his operation.

A good fit, helps to control discomfort. Velcro is excellent.One downside is that the ball provided to create the pressure on the affected area is too large in diameter, a small selection of small, medium and large balls, would make it more useful.

I had not used such a belt before so I was slightly cautious and sceptical. I need not have feared. Since the first time I wore the belt it has provided much comfort and relief. Easy to use, flexible and adjustable, the size was just right and I rarely notice I am wearing it. I have bought a second belt so I can wear one when the other is being washed. Also great value.

I have just received the S?M size for this belt. Though if seems that it would work nicely, it doesn't adjust properly. The straps are really long for its size, and not able to tightln it enough as the velcro is not all along the straps. Very untidy and messy to set up due to that issue... which makes it not weareable.

The vast majority of reviews for this product state how truly excellent it is.So I'll not repeat everything that such reviews quote except to say that I am absolutely delighted with the virtually instant relief that it gives.I no longer have to keep my hand under the waistband of my trousers or apparently in my groin area just to keep the pressure on 'that area'. Okay around the house maybe - but around the office? the meeting room table? On public transport? Walking around the shops?!The pressure is always on now and life is sooo much easier.The only additional advice I would offer is that if you wear a heavy belt on your trousers and your trousers (even with the belt) slip downthen remember that this is putting downward pressure on the pressure pad which will tend to move that pad sufficiently to remind you why you are wearing it to start with. Either pull your trousers up or swap your trouser belt for braces. Or use both.Excellent product. Very well designed, thought through and made. This product is an essential purchase if you have an inguinal hernia.

initially I had no great expectations, but was very pleasantly surprised. I fitted the item when delivered and found complete comfort straight away. The fitting is straight forward. The belt fits around the hips not the waist, so feels a little awkward at first. There has to be some adjustment, as we are all different, but I found the belt comfortable. I have now worn the belt for three days and the relief has been wonderful.There were reviews, which stated the padding was too hard and large, I have not found this the case, but not all hernia's are the same, so this must be kept in mind.For me, this has been an item that does as it states and I would recommend it.Now having worn this item for a number of week and I have found as my hernia has weaken, the pad has been found to be too hard. I have now removed and replaced with a sock for comfort.It is important, not to wear the belt too tight, as it could, as it did in my case cause sciatica (pressure on a nerve in the leg, leading to pain).

Never used anything like this before. It was a little awkward to start with but after a week or so of wearing it it's now very straight forward to use and reasonably comfortable. I am using the belt, pre-op, to enable me to continue working, all be it in a limited capacity.There is one issue that bothers me, but may be of no consequence to others, and that is the rigid plastic loop on the back of belt to front of belt support strap. You can see the loop on the advertising photo. Whilst I am using the belt, this loop is further down and gets wedged into the inside of my upper thigh and groin making it very uncomfortable, even painful. There's nothing I can do about it other than wedge some tissue paper in there to prevent chafing. Even with this complaint about the belt, the overall improvement to life at this moment using this belt is worth any inconvenience to use it.

Compared to another brand, which had so many performance issues, this device is a relief to use. I set the adjusting strap once (it might take a few tries to find the right amount of snugness). After that, you just step into it each morning and then apply the waistband velcro strap. Once you determine the right length of the velcro holding strap, take the device off and carefully realign the two Velcro surfaces. By doing that the velcro edges won’t catch on your undergarment. The product appears to be really well made and I’m expecting it to last for some time.

Kept the bulge in until i could get open mesh surgery. Worst part is the thong up your crack but you get used to it. I didn't undo that strap that goes up your butt everytime I took it on and off. I set that part permanently and actually tucked in the velkro from behind so it didn't show as much through my pants in the back. Also, I didn't use the pillow because it was too bulky. It wasn't as effective that way but it still did the job. And without the pillow, it makes for a good waist band holster for those days I wore gym shorts...or pants without a belt. I wore it every day for almost 2 years. If I didn't have to wear it, I wouldn't have. It was a great day when I got to throw it away. The surgery went well. It's been like 5 months and I don't even feel the surgery site. The first few days after surgery were rough though. Lots of pain. So glad that's behind me.

VERY USEFULL, BUT IF THE TOTAL STRAP IS HAVING THE FIXING ARRANGEMENT THEN IT CAN BE ADJUSTED TO ANY POSITION, THAT POINT IS MISSING, HOPE MANUFACTURER WILL THINK AND APPLY THE SAME
