Braun ThermoScan 3 Ear Thermometer

Just what I was looking for.

No issues! Works as expected

Works really well. It is a little awkward in getting the correct angle to put in your ear, but it works super well. The readings are instant. I like that it has distinctive beeps for if you are in normal range or have a fever. The display is easy to read. I’m not a fan of the need to have the ear covers on. I find that’s a waste of plastic for the average home use. And you have to have the plastic disposable cover on, otherwise it will not work. I can understand in a clinical setting, but for home use having it be able to be wiped off and used as is, would be more than enough.

Fast reading and has been accurate so far

We've used Braun ear thermometers for many years. Last month, I ordered this one. It always read a high temp. We tested it with 3 people and against our older Braun and also a glass thermometer. Sent it back, got the replacement, and this one always reads 99.9-on all of us, at any time. Returning it today and trying another brand!
