One of the few additives you can 'feel' working!
I have been doing car repair for over 50 yrs...yeah...that's depressing, right? Anyway, I have tried many of the additives that promised the moon but truthfully didn't deliver any significant difference. DuraLube actually does work. I first used it on an older Toyota pickup (stripped down version with no tachometer). I drove the truck for over 100k miles and I knew how it sounded, where to shift by the engine sound and feel. I added Duralube and noticed I was 3-5 mph higher in each gear. Acceleration was smoother and faster. Engine noise was decreased. Tried the teflon-based products with NO difference and went back to DuraLube and duplicated my results. Impressive. Its the only additive I recommend to friends and neighbors. I use 1/2 qt on each oil change to keep up the protection. Excellent product.

Believe it!
I have used Dura Lube on and off throughout the years. I first started using Slick 50, when the PTFE clogged the oil filter, I figured it could not be good for the motor.Enter Dura Lube. No solids like slick 50. Stable and bonds to metal better. I turned a friend onto Dura Lube and helped him change this oil on their Mazda 626 and added the Dura Lube. He drove the car for about 7K miles and just prior to going on a family road trip from Knoxville, TN to Destin, FL, he got his oil changed at the local Firestone. Unknown to him, Firestone drained the oil, but did not refill the oil. They drove to Destin and back on an EMPTY crankcase. The car began running warm on the return trip, where it was discovered there was NO oil in the car! He and I both felt that the Dura Lube that had been added to the prior oil change was the only thing that kept the engine from seizing up!I'm sold! I use it in my 2004 1500 Silverado I replace the full quart every 3rd oil change. The truck currently has 282K on it and does not burn or leak a drop of oil.I also "top off" a 1/4 - 1/3 Quart every oil change on my wife's 2005 Honda Accord 4cy. It gets A LOT of city driving, it is ideal for this as well. The stuff is solid when driving around. Where it REALLY matters is cold start protection. This is where the majority of your engine wear occurs. My truck does not get the usage it used to (have a SUV as a primary vehicle now), it sits for a couple of weeks at a time. So starting the truck after sitting that long can be detrimental to the wear on a high mileage vehicle like it.1 oz in the ole Honda mower keeps it running strong and cooler too.GREAT STUFF!

If you could only use one oil additive, it's Duralube Engine Treatment
Dump in a quart to your crankcase when changing oil first, before adding the new oil. This revived my oil-burning 2009 Camry 2.4 now at 493k miles (I shall post a photo of the odometer at some point). It has no solid particles, so it's ideal for freeing stuck piston rings. I also noticed a 2-3 degree decrease in running engine temperature, from 186 to 183 F. It quiets the engine and seems to optimize as well as work in harmony with both conventional and synthetic oils I've used.If you are like me and prefer to keep high-mileage engine alive and well, use this. You cannot go wrong. You are absolutely getting your money's worth.

Is that Hot
I have used this product since the mid 1980's I performed a little test with a friend of mine. We used small piece of steel mand a sedaline torch. We clamped the steel level and took the torch from underneath we heated the medal until we had a red glo in the center about the size of a quarter the steel was probably 4 by 8 in. We than had 3 other very popular oils or additives at this point we then poured a little oil tsp. worth directly onto the medal about half inch from glo we did this with the other 3 major brands we had on hand. All 3 did the exact same thing They ran from the heat. I mean this oil went to the farthest point away from the glo spot and ran off the edge and these are 3 of the most popular brands available. We the. Took the Duralube and did the same test. Wow was I amazed at what we were seeing the Duralube immediately ran to the glo. Yes you heard me the Duralube attacked the glo it went to the heat. Now let me ask you what do you think happens to your engine parts when the motor is runnind. They get very warm. I was sold instantly. I have used this product since and every product that they make my cars run further, farther and smoother then I could even imagine . This Product Does What It Says!
