Half Unusable for me I can't reduce the star rating as it does explain how it is to be used and I missed that fact. They do feel decent and i will consider buying the appropriate one individually. This is not designed to provide 2x180° adapters. It is to provide 1 adaptor for each direction, if you don't know which you need. Unless you are gifting these, you should look at your card and determine which one you need. 2 of the pins are joined along the top/bottom. Simply see wich you need and skip this pack. The pictures are clear once you know to look at this.

Read a review on here that stated they used it on this particular card and wanted to fit this into an NR200P case in vertical mount. My previous card, a Zotac 1080 Ti AMP, fit into the case vertically with a slim fan in the top. The FTW3 did not. Rather than removing the fan, I purchased three packs of this item and routed the cables down. This is excellent for cable management/aesthetics and for function. The cords don't come close to the fans at all now and are easy to route. I did have a 3.5" HDD mounted behind the GPU previously, but that is simply impossible now with the cords being routed down. Oh well! That is the life of an SFF build. I'm hitting proper benchmarks and power expectations so these seem to be functioning great.

Be aware that the two included adapters are DIFFERENT! One is keyed for an upward orientation the other is keyed for a downward orientation. Look closely at the pictures in the description. This does not take from the functionality. However, YOU WILL NEED TO ORDER TWO PACKS if you require two 8 pin power identical connectors keyed for the same orientation. I docked two stars because it makes logical sense to any consumer that a seller will sell two of the same item, in the same pack, if it's advertised as a dual pack. Or if not, it should be made perfectly clear in the initial product title, NOT THE DESCRIPTION, that the included adapters are indeed not identical and are keyed differently. It's bad practice to force potential buyers to rely on scrutinizing a picture and reading a description with a fine toothed comb for an item like this. The vast majority of the buyers of this item require two identical adapters in the same orientation, therefore this forces them to order a second pack, but only after they receive the package. The product is fine and does work for its intended purpose, so I was forced to order a second pack to complete my purpose for purchasing. However, now I have paid double the price and have two absolutely useless adapters left over.

Reading reviews before-hand allowed me to know that these packs come with 2 different connectors, one up angled and one down angled. In my case I needed to buy 3 packs to have 3 down angled connectors. This is what i would say is the only major down side of these. I'd love if they offered 2 or 3 packs of connectors facing the same direction. Other than that small annoyance, after getting these and getting them installed they fit without an issue and I'm hitting my expected power targets with no issues currently. If this changes I'll come back and update this review but as it currently stands I am satisfied with these.

YOU WILL NEED MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE!!! I didn’t realize these were one of each connector and not 2 of the same, I have a EVGA FTW3 3080 and it has 3 8Pin connectors. I didn’t read the reviews just looked at the high rating… whoops! Bought 2 packages but upon receiving I realized my mistake and needed to buy a 3rd.

Love that I get two, to angle cable up or down, giving me flexibility on GPU placement.

Nervous when I bought them and finally installed them. But I couldn't close my Pc o11Dynamic with my 3080 ftw3 installed side panel wouldn't close. I bought 3 packs after reading the reviews. I used all type A Connectors and not the B style. Seems to be working fine ran time spy a few times no issues max wattage draw on my card hit 359 watts. So no loss in how much it draws. Performance seemed steady. I wish there were better instructions on how to use them or which to pick for your purpose. I justed used all type A. I guess it may depend which way your 180 bend goes

I have a weird 3U server case (Around 13cm tall) that fits in a very tight gap between my desk. The GPU fitted inside the case nicely, but I'd forgotten that the PCIE power connectors came out the top of the GPU instead of the side like my old R7 260X. This is where this connector saved my bacon. It only adds an extra 5mm to the height of a GPU so its perfect for thinner cases where you don't always have room for the PCIE connectors. Much easier than trying to use a 16X riser cable and seating the GPU horizontally. Saved me a lot of headaches. I've included a photo of the adapter that I received next to the connector that comes straight out of the PSU so you can see the difference in height. It's about 10mm lower profile than a regular connector with the bend radius of the cable taken into account. I'd like to get a pack with a 6 and 8 pin, as many GPUs have this pin layout and I've had to order a 6 pin set from another seller. It also seems a little wasteful having to order two at a time, but at least you know that you're ordering one that points the right way so I can't knock it. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who's doing a low profile build with weird height requirements as it does exactly what it needs to and is very low profile.

I purchased 2 sets of these adapters for use in my NCase M1 because the because the RTX 3070 card I have is too tall to allow the side panel to close, but if these worked the side panel would have closed properly. FIRST ISSUE - these parts do not work because they are not as described or pictured. See my attached photo and compare with the images of the product uploaded to the Amazon page. While the male connectors are, as described and pictured, an 8-pin PCIe male connector, the female connector is not a PCIe 8-pin connector but an 8-pin EPS12V aka 8-pin ATX connector. See the second image as a reference to what the difference is - the pins have different shapes and so are physically incompatible, and even more disconcertingly, the pins deliver different voltages so if someone did connect an EPS12V cable from a PSU to this adapter, the adapter *MIGHT* be delivering power into a PCIe device on incorrect pins, which would mean sending power into ground pins and ground into power pins. I don't know, I wasn't able to test. But anyone can clearly see from my photo that the adapter is built using two different pinouts, contrary to what is shown in the pictures. TL;DR: This is not an "ATX 8pin Female to 8pin Male 180 Degree Adapter" as the product is named. This can be correctly described as an "ATX/EPS 8pin Female to PCIe 8pin Male 180 Degree Adapter". But what is pictured, and what I needed and thought I would receive, is a "PCIe 8-pin Female to PCI 8-pin Male 180 Degree Adapter." I know that's not what the title says, but there are 7 photos attached to the product that conform to my description, so I thought that's what I'd be getting. SECOND ISSUE - Each unit of this product is supposed to be two parts. An up-angled adapter and a down-angled adapter. Leaving aside the first issue described above, one of my units was packed with two of the same direction adapter, rather than one of each. As far as part numbers go, I received a total one PH38 or 9K13, and three PH38B or 9K14 parts, where I should have gotten 2 38's and 2 38B's. This is again shown in my photo. In my case, that did not affect things too much, because I actually needed 2 38B's anyway, so I wouldn't be too bothered about it, but I'm just pointing this out so that the seller can take note of this and resolve the packing issue in case the next customer needs 2 38's. THIRD ISSUE - I placed my order on November 24, 2020. It took the seller 12 business days to locate the product from inventory and get it to the shipper, which was December 10. (Coincidentally, that was the day that the expected shipping window ended on, i.e., the estimated arrival date when I ordered on the 24th was December 7 to December 10, but the end of that window was actually when the shipper got the package.) The shipper then took an additional 8 business days to ship the package, which was understandably impacted by Christmas packages and COVID restrictions. Maybe it would have been faster if the seller hadn't taken more than 2 weeks to locate the product in inventory. I ultimately received the items on December 22, 2 days short of a month after placing my order. For something that shipped from California (not China) to Alberta. I am returning the products to Amazon and will keep looking for the parts I need.

Works well. Clears components. Legs on plug are a little long and push foam tape away from board as see in photo. Could probably sand them down but I'm not that worried about it.
