Clean Hands
Good soap for a handgun shooter. Removes lead real good and my hands feel very clean after using it

Along with other preventative methods, this soap can help keep your lead levels down
This is the same soap my local indoor range uses in all their dispensers. I'm a recreational USPSA shooter and I load and shoot approximately 28k rounds annually. I always wash my hands with this soap after a loading session or range time. My lead levels have stayed within acceptable limits over the years and I feel this soap has contributed to that.

Good for shooter’s hygiene
If you shoot a rifle or pistol, you will get gunshot residue on your hands, face & clothing. It contains toxic chemicals that need to be removed. This product is formulated to remove those chemicals. I keep some in a hands-free dispenser ( available on Amazon) to clean my hands. I mix it with some witch-hazel to make a gentle face wash & even add a little to the laundry, when washing the clothes I wore to shoot. It has a mild scent that I don’t mind, though I wish an unscented variety was available. It does not irritate my hands or face. I feel safer after using it & recommend it for any shooter.

What's not to like???
We hit the gun range once a week and this stuff gets any lead or metals off your hands after shooting. You should always use cold water when cleaning up after a session at the range so that your pores don't open up when you are washing your hands...keeps the lead out! I then follow up with a little regular soap and warm water. Great product and keeps me protected from harmful metals after shooting.

Cleans the lead off your body
Without taking a blood test I don’t know if or how it’s working, that said it’s very popular where I do some shooting where folks wash - especially their hands before going home. I use it anytime I shoot or handle ammunition components.

This Stuff Works!
I brought this stuff for my husband who just started working in a machine shop grinding steel. Every day he came home filthy and ordinary soap and water were not cutting it no matter how much he scrubbed. I did some research and realized that it could be more than grease he was bringing home; it probably was lead, too and the CDC recommended using lead removal products for the skin. I ordered this soap late on Tuesday and received it on Friday. When my husband came home, he washed up using this soap and almost all the lead came off his skin - his hands still had slight small traces of grey in the tiny creases of his hands despite being scrubbed with a brush but it is very light. Also, this soap did not have a drying effect on my husband's skin. My only regret is that this does not come with a pump; so, I will have to find a small bottle with a pump so he can take it into the shower. This soap is pricy but well worth the money. I will definitely make this part of my shopping list.

Have used this soap before this is an excellent product. We use it our range when finished shooting at the end of the day. I use it at home to clean up after reloading.

I ordered a bottle of the D Lead soap for our Arts Centre. The bottle came with a loose cap soap spilled in the box. I lost about an inch of product. I didn’t feel it necessary to send the whole bottle back but I did feel write the manufacturer and reported the problem. It’s been a couple of weeks and I have heard nothing. At the very least an apology would have been nice.
