Great Item
Product is excellent, works perfectly.Only thing that causes a minor inconvenience is that the drive has to be plugged on to open so if you forget to take the disc out you have to plug it back in.

Load of rubbish and cheap tat
Feels and looks cheap with a poorly fitting drawer, I wish I could send this rubbish back as it doesn't play Blu-Ray on PowerDVD Ultra and is only really ok (slow read) at installing software.I think this is just a DVD drive.AdviceBuy a better drive.

Good record easy to use
Very good record, I used it so far without any problem with DVDs and Blu-ray discs. It is easy to configure because automatically detected by Windows. I bought this DVD / Blu Ray burner almost exclusively for burning Blu-ray discs. So far, I've only burned a DVD disc and everything worked fine, and I'm sure I'll have no problem burning discs.
