Excellent for females of all ages!!
I have been taken these magnesium tablets for more than 3 years now. They're excellent for my bones, joints and general well-being.The magnesium is good taken with vitamin D3.My daughter and 14 years old granddaughter also have been taken these tablets.

Prevents me getting run down every 4th week.
It keeps my body happy, prevents me from getting cold sores, and stops me getting so run down every 4 weeks .

Highly recommend
I have been taking these tablets for years they stop me from feeling very hormonal on my period either emotional or angry! I can notice the difference when I haven’t taken them I go back to being very hormonal once a month!!!
