**Q: Does this drink help you loose weight?**
A: This drink, as I understand it, contains ingredients, vitamins and minerals designed to help level sugar level in diabetics as a snack or meal replacement. It did not help reduce weight in our experience.

**Q: Is this power or liquid?**
A: This is an 8 oz can of liquid you just open and drink.

**Q: How do you open the cans, do they have a pull tab opening, if so is the tab east to pull open for a elderly person?**
A: I use Glucerna Snack shakes often.  They do have a pull tab on top of the can.  I have not found it difficult to open, and I am not a youngster.

**Q: how many ounces of the powder do you mix for one drink?**
A: I only use Glucerna that comes in a can, already mixed.

This is better than Ensure, if you have to drink this sort of stuff for nutrition reasons. I am not diabetic, but cannot have corn syrup. Ensure has Corn syrup in it. This does not cause the same issues as the other products out there like this do (Ensure, boost...etc) Does not leave the filmy aftertaste in your mouth after drinking.
