This Robot building set is a lot of fun for those who take the time to learn how to build and run it properly. You must install the app on a device in order to view the step by step instructions. And when I say step-by-step it is every step. What is truly excellent is that you can zoom and rotate the image of every step to see if you have performed the assembly properly. This set does not have sensors, but it has pre-programmed routines to allow you to enjoy your creation. This set has many tiny fasteners so you will want to construct it in a place where the parts will not roll away and become lost. The only part I had trouble with was the final connection and then the uploading of the latest firmware as the instructions were not clear to me and I kept removing pieces and trying different cables until I became frustrated and went on to the next step. One of the tasks you will need to preform is connecting your device with the app on it to the robot via Bluetooth.

What a great idea for kids, a kit to build a robot and program it. This is for ages eight and up. I had a 13 year old test it out. She had a blast building the robot. Then she had even more fun programming it. The kit is well organized. The directions are easy to follow. The parts are well labeled. Great kit for kids and adults that want to learn and have fun at the same time.
