Great for arms but not for legs when running
Overall great product for the price. Bright enough and having the 3 settings of slow flash/fast flash/constant it great.I wanted them for running in the dark, and the only thing I would say they are not good for is wearing on your legs if you are wearing running leggings, they are too big to sit around ankles and when I fastened them around my calf where they fit they would fall down after a minute from the motion of running.However, great for the arms!

So bright it’s almost blinding
Bought for walking home from the train station along a dark road. I don’t find them that reflective, but with the light switched on they are so bright you couldn’t be missed. I almost can’t look at it they are so bright. I’ve only tried one (a blue one) and it fits up to my elbow without a coat, and fits between wrist and elbow with a padded coat on. It sits tightly enough that I don’t think it will fall off, but if you’re buying for running etc you might prefer something with elastic as this only has Velcro (why it lost a star). I would highly recommend for my kind of use, as long as the battery lasts!

Brilliant be seen at night when walking
BRILLIANT be seen at night ideal for walking in the dark nights fits nicely round arm or forearm.

Who are these for? 5 year olds?I’m a slim build and have skinny arms, and they don’t even fit on me.Waste of money if I’m honest.
