Update: 1/11/17 I just want to say this pill box is fabulous and I absolutely love it. I just purchased another one for a friend that was admiring it. This box is very strong and well made. After all this time it's still in brand new shape. It holds more pills in each compartment than you would think and they stay in the compartment and don't all end up mixed together. The little button to open it works fine still and the hinge is perfect. I really love this because it can hold many pills even though it's small and due to it's size I can just throw it in my small purse so I have my meds when I need them. Great for even my tiny going out purse and would be perfect to pack for vacation. With the three compartments I can separate them but the main thing everyone is surprised about when they see it, is how many pills it holds. Very great item and definitely worth the purchase if your looking for something small enough to fit in small places.What a nice pill box. I am very glad I made the purchase. This pill box is not only stylish looking it is a great size for pills and fits just about anywhere you need to carry it. I love the look of the box it is very nice with it's chrome body and black top. There is a little button to push to open the locked pill box with a hinged door and you just push the lid closed. For such a small item it really holds the essentials. The inside has three separate compartments for you to keep your pills apart and when closed it keeps them each in there own spaces and they don't get thrown together like some others I've had. For such a small box it does the intended job with a great look and fits right into the pocket in my purse. I really love it. It seems to be of great quality and has a nice solid structure to it. It also comes in a nice black gift box so makes a perfect practical gift.

Absolutely LOVED this. It has three separate areas on the inside to separate any pills, etc. I use this daily - bring it to work with me for my morning and afternoon pills (migraine meds, allergy meds etc). The closure is secure so there's no getting it open unless you press the little button. Perfect size too! Can fit in your pocket!

It's simply perfect and great quality. Fits my migraine med, ibuprofen, and famotidine!

Had bought this hoping to keep a number of small pills on hand in my every day carry kit, but found out quickly that the container dividers and closure mechanism are not that sturdy. Small pills can move between compartments and can even get crushed by the divider and lid. Otherwise the product is fine. The combination of small pills and frequent movement are a bad combination that I wish the manufacturer would address. Other use cases should be fine. I now use to keep emergency meds by my nightstand and its fine for that purpose.

I gave this 4 stars because the button that you press to open it sticks out a bit and could easily be accidentally pressed if carrying it in your pocket. But it doesn’t open that wide when you press the button, you can open it more manually, so it might prevent it from spilling all your pills, but I can’t guarantee that. It’s a cute pillbox and I keep it in my little handbag in a zippered compartment and haven’t had any accidental openings. It’s been doing the job for which I wanted it for a while now and I think it was worth whatever I paid for it.

I like to carry a tiny clutch purse and trying to find a pill box with a slim enough profile to fit nicely has been a struggle. This one fits the bill!Not only does it perfectly fit in my tiny purse, it's very well made and beautiful as well. It has three divided spaces inside and holds a surprisingly generous amount of pills. The clasp and hinges are well made and open easily, but I have zero concerns about it popping open on its own. Bonus points as it resembles a compact mirror so I don't feel awkward taking my pills out when I don't have any privacy.Overall this pill case has been a delight, and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend it, and would happily buy it again.
