This is a lovely, velvety soft dressing gown. It’s warm and a good fit. The collar pulls up and the belt is a good length. The length of the gown is mid calf. I ordered the blue one and it’s gorgeous, I’m very pleased, thank you.

Beautifully soft , warm and just right for lounging. Also lightweight if you need to take to hospital , for example. Also goes perfectly with the new slippers!

This dressing gown came very quickly and was shrink packed. This soon became normal once opened. Perfect fit for me.. It is very warm and cosy.

There were comments on sizing so I bought an XL to fit an 8-10 UK. It is skimpy. On further inspection I realised the pattern from which this item was cut was flawed. In terms of womenswear pattern cutting when you have an overlapping front the overlap needs to extend beyond centre front for it to work and for the garment to be balanced. The pattern cutter at this manufacturer's did not seem to know that, so now, when we close the gown, the side seams ride to the front, enhancing the skimpiness.There was a warning the item was vacuum packed - when it came out of the bag it looked like cheap, creased, hammered velveteen. The instructions were to wash without wringing. It only improved some. I only partly dried it, which was a bigger help, and then hung it to steam. That's when I noticed the second big No-No. The people who cut this garment did not know that when there is even the hint of a pile in a fabric it must be cut so that the pile goes from shoulder to hem. The pile here goes the wrong way which means the garment will always look wrong. This is made worse by the fact that the facing was cut the right way, so we'll spend our lives brushing it in two different directions.The pockets are sewn on but the seams inside were not finished so one actually sees the unfinished bits. Unfinished seams aren't just unsightly, they simply don't last long.There also seems to have been a mix of blue/indigo in the dye for after the wash there is a decided blue tinge to the whole thing.I can't return it now but I have never been this disappointed in a buy.PS: After posting this review the seller wrote, thanking me for the input which they passed on to the manufacturers and I have now had a full refund. There's hope in finding merchants willing to improve the quality of their products.
