The Snails Trail Block: A Classic for Today's Quilts (Building Block Series 1)

I'm a big fan of the snail's trail block pattern. It's not the easiest block for a beginner, and I purchased the booklet in hopes of simplifying the process. Sadly, the booklet gives no information I didn't already have, and I found the pictured quilts rather plain and unattractive. This booklet wasn't worth the money I paid for it, and I'll probably end up donating to the local library.

This series of quilting booklets is by far the most beneficial of all I have in my quilting library. It is extremely informative for beginner or experienced quilter The publishing company has gone out of business, and limited quantities I would imagine available.

These classic patterns should be in everyone's library. They not only have clear instructions, but show the possibilities if you change colors or values.
