Good budget unit, but you get what you pay for
Putting it together was simple and took under an hour total to assemble on my own while watching the Golden Girls. I followed the directions and didn't run into any problems--though I agree the directions could be clearer. The look is super basic and it's made entirely of laminate chipboard. If you’re not mindful during assembly, there’s definitely a chance you could nick or peel the laminate.Overall, for the price I think it looks good and works well. I appreciate it had doors to hide toiletries away as opposed to open shelf ones. I especially love the drop down cupboard as it’s perfect size for things like toilet paper and girl stuff.Given it's proportions it's somewhat wobbly, so they include an optional strap to secure it to the wall. I didn’t bother with the strap and haven't had tipping/stability issues. If I had kids in my house however, I would definitely use it.

Great for the price!
Needed some extra space for our small bathroom and didn’t want to spend a fortune. This is about the quality of any “mainstays” furniture you’d buy from Walmart, which really has never let me down. It’s a simple, cute, design to store your essentials. Have had this up for about 2 months and haven’t had any issues with warping or sturdiness. I imagine we won’t have this forever, but it gets the job done for $50. :)Take your time when putting this together. Parts are not labeled, but if you don’t rush and read the instructions it’s not rocket science. Tighten everything securely. We haven’t had any issues with it being wobbly or shaky. We don’t even have it secured to the wall and it stands alone just fine (which they DO give you a piece to fasten it for extra security).

Perfect way to make space and it looks great.
This was not so difficult to put together, or at least for me. The material was sturdy and strong enough for our needs. These shelves were an absolute must for our small bathroom; it looked great, and it made space more efficient. What it was missing are attachment pieces to safety adhere it to a wall so that it doesn't move. Other than that, great!

It's going to be a fixer-upper right out of the box
I'm conflicted on how to rate this. On one hand, I absolutely love how it turned out, but it was really a nightmare to get there. If you don't mind having to fix up a new piece of furniture, this is a great option because it's cheap (relatively) and the design is great. However, it will be a lot of work. It arrived with a bunch of nicks and dings. I had to repaint it. I also had to glue some broken pieces back on. You must first build the base around the toilet. This is very difficult if you are in a small space. I have a small apartment and could hardly turn the screwdriver where I was at. I built it, then realized that the most important holes were missing--the ones that connect all of the shelving to the base that was built around the toilet. I thought I did something wrong and took the whole thing apart and put it back together. Sure enough, they forgot to drill the most important holes. I had to drill them myself (with no drill, might I add, as I have just moved. I had to whittle them with only a nail, a screw, and a flathead screwdriver. This took at least an hour). The knobs that come with this were the cheapest looking plastic knobs I've ever seen and have no weight to them. I bought different knobs and replaced them. The knobs I used are also available on Amazon and I adore them, highly recommend for any piece of furniture. I think it looks pretty good now and I like it, however in hindsight, with all of the paint and glue and the knobs and my time, it would have been about the same cost and easy easier to just get a nicer piece of furniture.

You absolutely get what you pay for...
I didn't expect much when my mother ordered this over-the-toilet organizer for her bathroom for forty dollars on a whim without searching much or reading reviews but it was more hassle than it's worth! The first impression when unboxing the parts that were haphazardly tossed into the box was "Welp it WAS forty bucks...". The pre-drilled holes in the particle board were rough looking, some weren't even fully drilled through. None of the boards were labeled as they typically would be with a build of this style but fear not, the instructions show an itemized collage of the parts. The instructions, which are quite confusing, proved useless as we had to disassemble various parts of the unit after having followed the instructions exactly. The hardware does not tighten in most places but there are caps to cover the atrocious predrilled holes, so I added a star back to my rating but the way the bottom piece and top piece attach is the worst part of this whole process, A SINGLE pair of dowels and "cams" in the center of either side, the cam is flimsy plastic and does nothing but pop onto the dowel through the borehole. I don't expect this to last six months and I would not recommend this unit in a household with teenagers, Aries' (lol), or young children, else mount it to the wall! That single dowel isn't doing a thing except for keeping the top of the unit from sliding off the bottom, knock it good enough and it may just split in two. It looks nice after all is said and done but I wouldn't recommend to a friend or repurchase when it inevitably falls apart. As my mother says, it'll do for now.

Perfect for what it is
This is my second one. Had my first one for 5 years! I broke the door so it wasn’t their fault. I saw a few bad reviews and can’t understand it. I put both of these together and if you follow the pictures and where the holes are it is exactly how the instructions say. Now if you try to do it “your” way the. Yes you’d probably confuse things. It is not sturdy to stand on its own and they specifically tell you that. It has to be mounted on the top to stay up. But like I said I had one for 5 years. Just mounted the second one same way. I wouldn’t put this in a main guest bath but it’s good for hidden baths like a master. I like it bcuz 5 rolls of toilet paper fit in the bottom magnet pull down drawer and are hidden. It’s a nice piece to hide things having the pull down plus the doors. It’s a good product for the price.

would buy again
the instructions are pretty clear however i did run into some issues... i thought i was following the steps correctly but later down the road i realized i mis-read something and had to partially disassemble and added myself 10 extra minutes to the job. No biggie, I'm just saying you need to focus :)I had all pieces(wood, screws etc). Given the large number of elements i found it funny not to be given that 1 screw that needs to be screwed to the wall in the end. I mean - you give me everything so far, what's the big deal for one more screw, right? lol Anyway, i had one around so I used it.Plenty of space for storage.I read some complaints about the space between the doors - as you can see in my picture, that space is not exagerated. For proper door movement, you actually need space between the door and unit's lateral walls. The space between the 2 doors is rather small and honestly it doesn't bother me(it's not like i'm storing liquid and i'm trying to trap it inside).

Buen mueble a excelente precio

It does the job
Yes, this is an inexpensive toilet stand but it does the trick. It adds a ton of extra storage room. It was super easy to read the instructions and assemble it. The price is reflective in the melamine construction, cheap plastic knobs and thin backboard but compared to similar units that sell for twice (if not more) it is very economical. My only complaint is that I am missing screws which I will purchase along with sturdier knobs and perhaps a new backboard (this did not really bother me) at my local hardware store. Great value. Would recommend to others.

It's great, but I've also noticed a few issues
First off, the box shipped came opened up. I believe this was an Amazon issue, but at the same time, it very well could've went to Amazon's warehouse like that. Either that, or this box was used, but I paid for a new one. Either way, still doesn't bode well, and that was just the start of the issues I've had. I've attached two pictures showing how it came to me.Secondly, they give you too big of screws for the magnetic bit. I've also attached two pictures of this. One shows how they bulge out of the front making the product look fairly weak and/or cheap. The second picture shows how the magnetic screw was not drilled deep in, as I used a hand screwdriver and if I left it before it broke through the other side of the wooden doors, then the magnetic strip would be loose (and spin around). This depth was enough so it wasn't put in too far (or so I thought) and it would have the magnetic piece (which is simply just a metal piece) not be able to spin around.Lastly, the bottom door wasn't designed well either. As you can see in my last two pictures, it doesn't sit square to the rest of the unit. To me, I'm fine with it, I mean, it doesn't look spectacular, but you're paying a lot less for this anyways so you can't expect the best either.Otherwise, the thing does look great. I've wanted one of these for a long time now, found this on sale, and decided to grab this while it was cheaper. But again, you pay for what you get. If you are going to be easily disturbed by the pictures I've attached, probably don't buy this product as lots of other reviews mention similar issues. If you don't care much about them, this is a good product to get then.I'd love for the seller to contact me though and we can discuss the potential for new doors + smaller screws as well.
