Bought this TV/DVD for my son as a HS graduation present that he could also use as his computer monitor - back in 2009. Fast forward to 2021 - it's still works well for all purposes - but we've had to use the end of a writing pen to turn the power on & off since that button somehow got broken over the years - and the remote's been gone probably since his first year at college. He upgraded himself to way better computer hardware years ago - and left it behind after college graduation and off living life. I needed to add a TV to a spare bedroom and remembered this was in the basement - sure enough - searched the model number and this came up - great cost, fast delivery - popped in 2 batteries and boom - DONE DEAL. No manual came with it but good grief - who needs it when it just plain works. If you need a manual - I'm sure it can be downloaded from google with a simple search.

I really like the performance and ease of use of this TV control. I was given an Insigna TV but the control had been lost. With this controller, we are able to finally get to use this tv.

I was so happy to find a remote control for a thrift store dvd television. I put my walking videos into the tv and walk on my treadmill. Some of the keys on the bottom are small, but I love it anyway.

My Fire remote is awkward, so I took a chance and bought this remote to use for when I am viewing broadcast channels (using an antenna).The remote works well for the Fire TV (NS-24DF310NA 19).It also works with my other Insignia TV (model#1NS-19LD120A13).I didn't expect it to be able to navigate the menu on Prime Video, but it does.

Our toddler likes to throw and hide our remote so we are frequently replacing this remote. But it is an exact replacement of the original remote. Works just like the original.

Somehow my remote got lost during a recent move and I thought I'd have to get a universal remote (which are a pain). Thankfully Amazon had the exact remote for my exact TV. Works great. Just put in the batteries and didn't even have to set it up. It worked immediately.

You can definitely tell it’s not the original remote. It feels lighter and flimsy. You have to really press the button to get them to work. It just overall feels cheaper. Guess that’s what you get when your kids break the good one!
