Nice product
Nice product, easy to install. Extension hose isn't as flexible as expected but not a big issue. Very happy with the new tap(s) and no issues a few weeks in.

Dropped to bits after 9 months..
Easy to install, looks good but unfortunately not fit for purpose, end bezel snapped after 9 months.

Lovely looking tap
Easy to install and sturdy tap. The button to switch between straight flow and spray can sometimes get a bit stuck.

Bad design leaking already only after two months now got to buy another one and fit again

Excellent product! You get what you pay for....
Very good product.Well made and with decent materials.Usually the connecting hose can wear over time, but the one provided with this is robust and seen no fraying over time.The black enamel is easy to clean and doesn't appear to stain or scale.Very pleased with my purchase!

Fell apart
I have tried every which way I can to contact the seller but nothing works. All I want is replacement parts as I am happy with the tap itself.

Really nice until it broke.
Internal plastic piece in the spray head failed and spat most of the innards into the sink after about 9 months in service but over a year after purchase.

Great overall quality! The pull down is very stiff and thats due to alot of cramed lines but overall very happy!Was missing a washer which Amazon quickly took care of for me!
