 We love to swing but outside the mosquitoes are just terrible. I bought these swing hangers to install a hammock style swing from the ceiling.The hardest part about this project was locating the studs. Once they were located I used a pencil to mark where the screw holes needed to be. I drilled pilot holes with a drill bit slightly smaller than the screws. I'm calling them screws but you cannot use a screwdriver to turn them they have a bolt kind of head on them. This made it easy to use a socket wrench and tighten them until they were flush with the ceiling.The piece in the picture is already put together so it is literally a matter of screwing it into the wood and it is ready to clip your swing on.It also had some screws to use for concrete but we don't have that here.

Super easy to install. Easily holds my hammock +260lbs. Only thing I didn't think of was that I'd need a carabeener to connect my hammock to the hanger.

Just about to put these up in the garage, but wanted to show how large & sturdy they are. Quality steel & very smooth swivels are gonna' make these great for hanging some of my heavier tools that I need to move around occasionally. The dual swivels are the best for that and will be able to hold a lot of weight, especially with these 2 different type long, strong screws. Great value!

Bought these hooks to hung hammock chair outside. Hooks are made of good quality material and are strong. It came with required anchor screws.Easy to setup, using a stud finder, identify the stud and install the screws. Start with drilling small holes. You will need to purchase chains separately. So far, it has hold my weight (160 lb) without any issue.

Nice heavy duty hangers. We used these mounts to hang up a hammock on our porch. These hangers themselves are really durable and heavy duty. It supported two people in a hammock with no issues. These hangers can be used for any swinging chairs that need a top mount. Overall great value for the price.

I ordered these to use as a hanger for a counterweighted ladder and they were easy to install and work great. I was surprised with how heavy duty they are and pleased to find out how easy they were to install. They look great and function even better!
