Very sweet. And bitter. Not good. Nor what I recall in Austria
I loved this brand and brought tubes home when visiting my cousin in Vienna. I was psyched to see it available here, but wow, this is NOT the Kremser mustard I recalled. It’s so off-putting! Sweet and sour grain mustard basically.I wanted the smooth, less strong, classic Dijon style but milder mustard I ate by the spoonful with those delicious sausages at street vendors on the streets of Vienna.

A little dab will do ya
My nephew in Germany sent me care package that included 5 tubes of mustard; one of them was Kreisler Senf. I had several mini salamis from Hickory Farms and thought this is the perfect time to try this mustard. I had 3 other types/brands which I tried first; none of them gave the taste or flavor that I really liked. They were okay; but that’s not what I was looking. I really didn’t know what I wanted until I took that first taste of Kremser. It was like no other mustard that I’ve had before. Absolutely delicious, so I went straight to my Amazon web site to see if there was a remote possibility of finding it there. Thank you Amazon for being there.
