Review: Very informative and well written to make it even more interesting - Kudos to the author for not taking such a serious subject too seriously. Although finance is a huge subject and hardly achievable to summarize in 240 pages, the author did a great job of touching on the major points and making them understandable. The point of the book is to focus on the courses of an MBA that are affected by Wall St and I believe that is exactly what you will get once you complete this book. In summary, this is a great book for someone that is seriously interested in the metrics Wall St looks at and also that same person should have a more than pedestrian knowledge of finance to not get completely blown away by the material.

Kudos to the author for not taking such a serious subject too seriously. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic

This book is fantastic and is a must read for anyone that is interested in corporate finance. The beginning of the book begins with accounting and covers all the topics in a clear and accurate manner, however if your new to balance sheets, income and cash flow statements and want to get your hands dirty in accounting for assets , liabilities and equity I would use the first part of the book as a template for continuing your studies. The true value comes in my opinion in the second part FINANCE, when he clearly puts everything together and in an accurate and easy to understand approach when he explains "cost of capital" and how to set properly set "Valuations" on companies. This book is a MUST read as his approach and teaching method in my opinion is TOP GRADE. Great work!
