Great book. Love Gail Gibbons.Arrived bent because it was shipped in a poly mailer. Don’t want to deal with the hassle of returning it. Please stop shipping books in flimsy poly mailers.

Item arrived earlier than expected in excellent condition. My two year old is fascinated and listens attentively even though I think the concepts are be way too advanced for him to grasp. I was surprised when he asked to hear it again after his nap and said " It's a Good Book!" when we finished.Clearly he doesn't understand everything; there are many abstract concepts like the rotation of the earth on its axis and the rotation of the earth around the sun, but he does relate to the pictures and the information about the seasons which he is experiencing, like snow and the cold of winter.He also is a word sponge and repeats everything he hears. There's lots of new vocabulary to enjoy here!

This books is great for kids 8 plus years old but not for younger kids. My 3 year old loves looking through it but I have to paraphrase and skip pages for her

My 6 year old grandson loves viewing documentaries about storms and weather changes so I thought this book would help his understanding of the seasons. My daughter says he likes the book a lot.

This is exactly what I was looking for to teach about the relationship of the earth and the sun. Thank you Gail Gibbons for writing such a concise, easy-to-understand book!

Gail Gibbons is always spot on.. Great book to teach seasons. Although it was a little more information needed for my 1st grade class it was still a good resources!

Nicely divided and organized information. Large easily read clear illustration of concepts. Large pages are so appreciated for large and small group teaching. Just the right amount of data for comprehension. Concept are clearly explained.
