My hamster is too big for this ball but the ball itself is amazing. It does get stuck sometimes but all you have to do is hit it a little bit but my hamster has tried to chew itself out and it could not

Good, if your guinea pig isn't a lazy little poop machine.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Pros: sturdy and guinea pig sizeCons: you will have to wash it after every use since guinea pigs poop every 39 seconds. Also my guinea pig is super lazy and will just sit there and act sad.

Keep checking that the door is on correctly
I like this hamster ball and my syrian hamster, Penny, loves it. My only concern is that the ball will sometimes appear to be closed correctly but will pop open randomly.It's usually fine, and my hamster has a great time exploring and running around. It has been great for her to get the extra exercise since we had her at the vet and found out Penny was obese. LOL, an obese, pre-diabetic hamster! I didn't even realize that could be a thing! Anyway, we switched her diet and got her this ball and she has her girlish figure back.Just keep an eye on your little furball when it runs around in this thing so you can grab it if the door randomly pops off. Unless maybe Penny is some sort of escape artist and she discovered how to gain her freedom...

Great for large hamster or animals
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My granddaughter has a big hamster and this wheel is perfect great big size . Hamster loves it!

Ok ball
this ball is nice because it's big and I feel like my hamster is more comfortable in it than the smaller size balls. However, I continue to have trouble with the lid. It's kind of frustrating to get it to close and then right when you think it's closed one side keeps popping out. The lid came off while my hamster was using it but thankfully I was there and able to get her before the dogs did. It's easy to clean.

BALL python approved!!
The media could not be loaded. This ball is super easy to put together and use. My only complaint is that this size 13" is heavier than most balls.. due to size.Clearly that's bc it was made for crazy chinchillas and the durability needed there.My ball python is 2'5" and still has so much room to grow which she will bc she's only 2.5 years.She escaped her own cage and has been trying to explore ever since. This 💡 came into my head and it's been genius. She gets time out of the cage. The dog gets to watch her be contained when she's out. It's going great lol.Hoping she will figure out how to really use it but for now she can only manipulate it a little at a time with her weight not offsetting the roll well enough.But the BALL itself is fantastic. Well made. Highly recommend.

Decent.
This seems to be a good size for a Syrian hamster. The lock is great so the lid never pops off. We don’t use it for our hamster to run in because they’re actually unsafe for hamsters. We prop ours up with the hamster in it to keep him safe while doing cage cleanings. It works for us. The kids like that it’s clear so they can watch their hamster while he waits for his cage.
