18 Inch Industrial Wall Mount Fan

I was seeking a fan for inside my house. Because of this, I wanted it to be reasonably quiet but still move plenty of air. The 18" size is a good balance for these purposes so I bought this fan. Great looking and effective at moving air, plus it was quiet, BUT, it was out of balance. So even though it was quiet, the vibration made it sound like a helicopter. And the sound phased in and out which made it even more annoying. I decided to return it and try a different brand. The next fan I tried was the following Tornado. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PLXSX7Y It was very well balanced, but MUCH louder than the Simple Deluxe. So loud that I couldn't live with it in the house. I then decided to give Simple Deluxe another try to see if I could get one in balance, because it was soooo much quieter. Happily, the second one was very well balanced. So, after three fans and two brands, I finally got a quiet, well balanced fan that moves a lot of air. The first, out of balance Simple Deluxe I would have rated at 2 stars, but with the free return service and quick shipping of a good replacement unit, I am giving it 5 starts. Just make SURE you get a balanced fan! Oh, also note that the Tornado is not a free return, so it cost me 10 dollars in return shipping to finally get my set up how I wanted it. MAKE SURE you get one with free returns if you aren't sure whether you will keep it or not. Be aware that I found the same Simple Deluxe fan on two different listings, one with, and one without free returns.

awesome fans, i have bought a few, perfect size to fit in a lot of places. 3 speeds easy to use. cant say enough good about these. good power moves air great.

Very sturdy built, puts out good amount of air, was easy to hang , I use it on front porch, not extremely loud- not real quiet either. Will be buying another for back porch.

The good: Works great in my shop to keep me cool. Took no time to set it up. Fast delivery. Well packaged. No missing parts. The not so good: There are 3 speeds: fast, really fast, and super fast. Needs a low setting. It's LOUD. If you're watching video or listening to audio well, forget it. Yes, it's that loud. Quality. I mean it's okay but I'm not sure how it is going to hold up. Bottom line: It's a nice fan. It does move a lot of air. Price is spot on.

We bought this fan for our patio use. We are very happy with the quality and fan speed. The video is on low speed and is usually enough. The air flow and noise level is good. It’s a good value for the price. I priced other fans comparable at almost double the price of this one. I highly recommend this product.

I do a lot of woodworking in my garage, and it can get rather steamy in the summer months. I was using one of those huge floor fans that move a lot of air, but it was very focused and loud, and I had to adjust it just right to feel it. I mounted this fan towards the ceiling and the pivot feature makes it very easy to adjust where I need it. It is loud on a high setting, but that is expected. The metal fan blades help this thing move a lot of air and make the Midwest heat manageable in the summer. If I needed it in another space or if anything happens to this one, I will order it again. I highly recommend this for anyone with the same conundrum, seems to be a good quality product!

Mounted this in my garage workshop — two years later and this fan is as good as day one! I use it year round to circulate air in a two car garage. ▸ It’s rugged built, while light enough to handle ▸ Very strong air flow on just the first speed. (The other speeds would definitely blow most things off tables). ▸ The cage is also a tight weave, so there’s no fear of things getting caught.

Excellent fan good build quality, I got this fan for my semi finished basement even on the lowest setting it circulates the air through the whole room which is roughly 20ftx40ft. haven't mounted it yet but comes with all the hardware you need to do so. it is quite loud if thats an issue than look else where if not this will keep you cool all summer!

I use these fans in my greenhouse and they works amazing. They are not too loud the level of noise they give off at full speed is as expected. Sounds like a nice strong fan running and it moves the air around very well.

Fan has tons of power,works very well in my horse barn.a bit loud but great as soon as horses got used to it

I bought this fan for my garage, because the windows at the back of the garage don't open, so it get very hot and stuffy in there. I mounted the fan on the ceiling just behind the garage door opener, since there is an electrical outlet right there. Pull chain is perfect length. The fan can be angled and then tighten the knows to keep it in position. The 3 speeds are nice, watch, listen to the video, the highest speed, sounds like an airplane ready to take off, and wow does it blow the air!

Not as loud as you think. Because it has bearings, and it will last a long time.
