I've been using this product for a while and I really like it. My vet marvels at how clean my 10 year old dog's teeth are - and her breath is super fresh too. I either rub it on her teeth - no brushing necessary - or I apply it to little small dampened disposable terry cloth squares (cut from a thin white wash cloth or towel) and rub it on her teeth. It's better than a toothbrush, more gentle.

Was excited to use this product on my 3 1/2 y/o English Springer Spaniel whose teeth looked like she would need a vet- scraping after previous experience with other dogs. She had thick build-up on her back molars & browning of her front canines, & well as horrid breath.I used this daily in the AM, withholding food & drink for 40mins on both sides of the treatment, for 2 months - in conjunction with Tropiclean fresh breath water additive, & another brand enzyme coated dog chews for large dogs from our vet.With all the aforementioned components, we noticed a significant improvement in her breath & almost immediate chopping off of her caked on tartar off about 96% of her back teeth within a few days. It was amazing! Where it chipped off her teeth, it was glistening new white again! I was very impressed.However, on her front canines, I noted virtually no improvement. While the rest of her teeth are significantly better, not all of them went back to bright white...more like a pale yellow. To my disappointment, the molars that had been 'chipped' to reveal glistening white, have started to yellow again, despite continued daily use of the product which is advertised as "no brushing required". (Unless, it is our Iams dog food causing the yellowing. ?)At this point, I may consider trying to brush them as others have done to see if that enhances their whiteness, or also switch to applying gel in evenings (vs current AM) which may not b doable due to a busy evening routine with several kids & their schedules.Am thinking that probably a combination of the 3 treatments has led to our overall significant improvement, since it was so rapid initially.( I am sure the abrasion from chewing on the enzymatic chew after the gel softened the tartar was a combo for the successful quick removal of caked on tartar, etc). Overall, we have seen significant improvement & it is worth it for us.

I've used this product on two dogs already, and it's the best toothpaste I've ever used! It's easy to apply without brushing I just put a little bit of my finger and rub it on my dog's teeth. I also use the water additive as well as giving a dental treat in the morning. Never had any complaints from the vet and never had any professional cleanings that needed to be done. I also use a tartar scraper once every 6 months if needed. He has perfect teeth

After using another product (faithfully everyday 2 times a day) for a couple years and their claim was that it would remove plaque and tartar I made the switch to Tropiclean with 3D. One of my girls is a rescue and I am so apprehensive about putting her through a dental cleaning. She is afraid of other people and I just don't want to put her through the stress of it (or me too for that matter). Searching online I found Tropiclean Oral Clean Gel and placed my order after calling Tropiclean and speaking to their representative who really knew what he was talking about. I started it immediately, nightly before bedtime and no food or water 30 minutes before application and through the night. After 2 1/2 weeks and along with using pet dental kit of tartar/plaque scalers I was able to clean off some large pieces of heavy tartar stuck to her far back molars. I was surprised she allowed me to do it, but I would do a little every day and tons of praise. The tartar is not completely gone, but I intend to keep using this wonderful product in hopes I may not need to put her through a dental cleaning at the vet.

My dog, 6 year old chihuahua, has problems breathing when I used as directed. So I use less product during the day. His teeth have not improved. Looked at it for a long time before purchasing. More than I wanted to spend but it would have been worth it, if his teeth improved.

I was going to wait a week to review this but the result are AMAZING! For people who's dogs don't like it use it anyways. I've been through every kind of doggie toothpaste looking for the miracle. This is the Miracle. My poor girl has a muzzle the width of my thumb. Her teeth are crowded for having such a tiny mouth. I used this for two days. Her tarter and plague are reducing at a noticeable rate but her gums were red, thus trying everything, two days the gingivitis is greatly reduced. It's almost gone. She has pink healthy gums. This product is worth the money.

Works great and my dog likes the taste of it. You can see the battle of emotion he goes through when it is time to use it Lol! I have a 10 year old Jack Russell Terrier who had some tartar build up. This has helped clean that up as well as prevent new from forming. He hates me messing with his teeth, but likes the taste of the TropiClean. The "teeth cleaning treat" aka TropiClean wins every time :)

I've finished a bottle. It's not miracle that cleanses all tartare in few days but it does help to prevent and eliminate in long term.

Inizialmente ero scettica, ma dopo circa 2 settimane di utilizzo, applicando due gocce da entrambi i lati alla sera poco dopo cena, ho potuto constatare che ha ridotto due placche di tartaro molto spesse al mio Jack.Se applicato con costanza tutti i giorni aiuta a preservare i denti dei nostri sempre "cuccioli".Per me non è stato un problema ma l'unica nota un po' stonata è che le istruzioni non sono in italiano.

The advanced whitening gel is definitely better than the original. It helps to keep new plaque from building up and it whitens their teeth. You need to use this every day though, and in combination with teeth brushing and other dental products (water additives, chews).It's a shame that it only comes with a regular water additive and not an advanced white one.
