Q: What size film? 35mm?

This holder (ASIN B07SQDW5GJ) is for APS film, that is 24mm wide, not 35mm

Q: I’m having a hard time in this product without getting the picture is cut in half any suggestions

I have found that the vertical posts don't line up exactly with the frames of the film. Cut the APS film down to just 4 frames rather than trying to do the full thing. Also, if you are using EPSON's software, you need to manually find the frames, don't rely on it to do it. Their software seems to have issues with anything other than what's explicitly on the provided holders. If you go into the manual tab, you can draw out each frame individually.
