I buy a lot of leadership books. This one is solid. If you actually do the exercises at the end of each short chapter, you will get a lot of benefits. The author is concise and to the point. I feel my leadership will grow as the result of this book. I'm on Day 30. I look forward reading it each day.

This is a great book to give you and or your organization a foundation on how to build your own and your organization's leadership track. You will gain new insights and a process you can follow to become a better leader
