The racks are well made. All of the welds were well done. Non broke free and did not have burrs. The wire gauge is heavy and does not deflect with substantial loads. Our application is to spread ice in the bottom or a cooler and use the racks to support the items to be cooled above the melting ice. Two racks fit perfectly in the bottom of our cooler and support the load without deflecting. Should work fine as cooling racks.

Very happy with this product. Light weight but very sturdy. I like that you can fill one rack then add another one on top. These are 3 racks that stack on each other or can be uses alone. The fold down flat and take very little room to store. I was expecting to get these and take one look and throw them away but very impressed While these may not be industrial kitchen quality they are great for cookies, muffins, breads and cakes

Bought these for my sister's wedding and also for myself. The trays stack perfectly and are absolutely fantastic. I have had no issues with tray strength (i.e minimal bending under load) and they have significantly improved my ability to cool baked goods. They stack high enough that you should be able to will them with muffins but anything taller than a muffin will get very close to hitting the tray above it. Do not put them in the oven.

I used these in my Weber Smokey Mountain smoker (the large 22.5" size) so that I could stack several slabs of bacon on the lower grate. They worked perfectly. The gauge of the metal is substantial, the welds appear to be sturdy, and the overall fit and finish is great for this price point. Certainly better than paying a small fortune for that round "grill extender" product. Of course after a few hours in the smoker, the grates collected a tough brown shellac-like coating, so don't buy these thinking you can use them on the BBQ and then go back to using them as cookie cooling racks (at least not without a ton of scrubbing in between). But that's no fault of the product!

I bought these for $21.98 back in December 2017, which felt like a good deal considering you get 3 stainless steel racks. I’ve used these racks for cooling cakes and cookies. My brother has used this along with a baking pan for cooking steaks in the oven. The racks work well for those purposes and is easy to clean. The thing I don’t like is the legs don’t seem secure when opened outwards. I use the racks individually with the legs folded inwards because it feels more stable. And thus, haven’t taken advantage of its stacking property. The legs don’t lock, so they swing freely when lifted. If you happen to lift the racks with baked goods on it, you need to make sure both legs are in the position you want it in when you set it down, or things will start sliding towards the leg folded inwards. Also, something to note is, if you are putting smaller/thinner cookies onto the rack, you need to be careful as they might fall through if not placed properly or at the right angle. Pros: - oven safe - dishwasher safe - rust proof - no coating or plating - saves space - lifetime warranty Cons: - legs don’t lock when open - doesn’t feel stable when stacked Notes: - smaller/thinner cookies might slide through holes Conclusion: Despite the legs being a little weak, I still really like this product. The pros outweigh the cons for me.

After years of griping, I finally bought this. Why the heck didn't I do it sooner! So easy to clean and because it's stainless steel I don't have to worry about a coating peeling away. Easy to stack, fold and put away. So easy.

Great for smoking beef jerky. I have a Tr at her that I smoke beef jerky on and used to use non-stick cookie cooking racks and the coating came off. These are mich better and not coated but fully stainless steel. Beef jerky and smoked salmon come off great and they are easy to clean in my opinion.

These are high quality racks which worked well to allow cookies to cool. They stack which keeps them out of the way but you have to put the cookies on the rack and then put the rack on top of the other, otherwise it makes it difficult to get the cookies on a lower rack. These worked great though!!
