I am noticing progress already and I only used it a few times. Just remember to boil water and then put the trays in the hot water briefly. You must redo the boiling water to mold it to your teeth as your teeth are readjusting. Purchase the professional Teeth Straightening product If you can afford Direct Smile or similar companies .However, I am very pleased with the performance of this product!

These are an excellent alternative if you have lost your retainer or it no longer fits in your mouth. They are good for the front and lower teeth, but do not expand molars. I wear mine to bed and grip them tightly in my mouth; when I wake up, my teeth are definitely straighter than they were before I wore them. This is a good deal because I've already lost one of them--having six makes them easier to use and keep track of.For the money, you really cannot lose.

These are absolutely great for what I needed them for...I have TMJ so I just use these while I sleep and according to my hubby I’m not grinding my teeth in my sleep.. they are definitely thick a teeny tiny bit smaller than my old one.. yet they do the job.. I don’t actually believe these are to be used as an actual retainer my teeth are the same every morning.. beware for those that like an instructional Lil paper or one of the kind with the pics.. you get just the package.. each one is in it often individual wrapper so I like that.. there’s no case for them or anything like that either but they’re easy to use.. and feel nice to me!

Shame on me I don’t know what I thought this was going to do but it’s clearly a waste of money.. There’s no instructions on what to do and they’re very big to try to keep in your mouth I should’ve known better than to waste my money on this it’s a shame that they make it look so believable that you think it might work

These are to big for my mouth and they hurt my gums. Extremely hard material even though its flexible

These are all too soft to do anything.

A good product to help you not grind your teeth or whiten them but not for alignment.
