Reasonable substitute for someone who can’t drink coffee.

So happy to have Postum again after all these years. Fond memories of my mother fixing a thermos of it for me to take during harvest picking potatoes. This tastes slightly milder than what I remember, but then again I was a kid the last time I had it.

Postum is a Thoroughly delicious product.

Decent deal, but the bottle sizes are smaller.

Well. The order itself was smooth enough and the seller did well. I, however, did not, in that my tastes have changed over the years. I used to like Postum when my mom had it at home. But no more. I wanted to find a substitute for coffee but nothing beats coffee. I should have bought just one to see if I still liked it, but I bought the duo. It could possibly be saved by the addition of cream and sugar but I don’t do cream and sugar, and I can’t see why I should trade my trusty black coffee for a tin of bad calories a couple etc times a day. My advice would be to try the least amount you can buy and see if your taste buds went the way mine did. The seller was just fine though! I gave it three stars for old times sake.

I grew up drinking Postum close to 90 years ago. I am so happy it is still available and start each day with a cup of the Postum original.
