Waste of Money
Since receiving this phone and waiting for it to charge all I see is the torch light. Nothing appears on the screen. None of the buttons do anything. It’s meant to be simple. My Sony Xperia is far easier to use with all of its functions clear and accessible. Gaix phone is a waste of money. I can’t even be bothered to return it. Utter rubbish. Don’t waste your money. I have given it one star it doesn’t deserve as it won’t submit without it.

Lovely red phone
I love this phone because it means I dont have to get my specs out to make a call. The colour fab too. It was very easy to programme all my contacts and numbers in and is very easy to use. A good little phone.

Nice colour!
Very cheap plastic, feels like a toy but a very lovely colour. Sound very poor . Wouldn’t recommend. Purchased for my father who is 77 - this was his first phone and quite liked it but struggles to use it . Particularly as he lost the little hand book . It served its purpose whilst he was in hospital.

Easy to use.
Brilliant phone. My friend who's 93 was made up with it. She's partially sighted, & has very poor hearing. But was able to manage this phone, because she can see it, (because it's red) & the numbers where very large on the screen. & also cause she's able to put it on speaker phone. Thankyou.

Gaix - An 'OK' mobile phone
A cheap looking phone but the keypad is a nice size. Quite easy to use although Mum struggles to even answer a call let alone be able to make a call. She cannot get to grips with the basics but is 90 years of age. It'll be fine to carry in her bag & at least someone else can help her in an emergency. Not impressed though as it randomly switches itself off!

Good choice for elderly
Excellent little phone, light weight, easy to use, includes handy radio and light.

No lo veo para una persona mayor si no sabe inglés.
No dispone de idioma castellano ni el manual ni el menú del teléfono.Muy ligero, parece de juguete, no tiene enchufe europeo.
