Although the product is excellent and of the highest quality I will be very reluctant to buy anything from this company ever again. The reason is simple. This is the fourth time I have reviewed the product and have given it five stars every time. My last report was yesterday when I gave it five stars once more but added the comment that I was sick to death with being asked to review it and if I was asked again I would not be so pleasant in my review. It may not be the company's fault, it may be Amazon's, nevertheless I wouldn't touch this company again with a barge pole because I feel I am being constantly hararssed to review the company and its products. I trust this note will help to get my message across.

Good quality stainless steel instruments set which look like surgical instruments! Just the job for eating crabs and lobster.

The product was very well made, good quality steel and was effective in getting the lobster meat out of the claw. The crackers easily snapped through the lobster shell. The enquiries re satisfaction from the seller was also appreciated. Overall a top quality product which did the job and will last for years.

The pick works but the crackers are useless far too small and impossible to grip on small lobster claws. Might work on langoustine claws but that’s it. Totally misleading to describe as lobster crackers. Returned them for a full refund.
