Perfect taste and texture
The first one I’ve actually liked that cooks well. Def sticking with this one!

baked ziti heaven
The worst part of being celiac isn't the pain you experience after eating wheat & other gluten-containing foods. It's getting smacked with a craving for your favorite Italian comfort food from childhood & knowing exactly what you're doing to yourself as you cook it...That being said, this is the best gf penne I've had in the 8 years since I became symptomatic. It has great texture - it's actually kinda chewy like wheat pasta - and it holds together well, even when reheated. And let's talk about the price, too. This is the first gf pasta that I can afford to eat more than once a month. I'm in baked ziti heaven right now.

Best gluten free pasta
Made a great lasagne. Was not soggy or mushy like most gluten free pasta. Impressive!

One of the best I’ve tried
And I have tried and been disappointed by so many. This penne was pretty good, similar to regular pasta in taste and texture. It cooked perfectly to al dente and wasn’t gummy, unlike some other gf pastas. Holds sauce well but tasty enough to eat with just butter and salt. And it’s cheaper than most gf brands which is a bonus.
