It's second hand, not first
After receiving my package, it was clear that the possibility of tampering was high. The inside lighter as well when taken out of its compartment, is covered in scratches and material (such as hair) not exactly expected from a factory new item. I would like an adequate response or message, detailing why my order has been as such.The lighter does work though, and it does look like described. So three stars for functionality, but it's still better to get it from the real website, trust me.

Puzzled by current events
Re your EMail 12/1l/I was told by your advisor that you would send a new lighter and she said I need not return the faulty lighter. I have in fact thrown the damaged lighter away.You have now sent an EMail saying I would be charged for the replacement if I didn't return it.

Resounding quality
I received this zippo lighter the day after I ordered which was a welcome surprise, the lighter itself resounds the quality of zippo lighters and it also came in the expected genuine zippo giftbox that is emblazoned with the Sons of Anarchy motiff , instructions are provided within the lid of the box.This was bought as a gift for my Father who is a huge fan of the show.

The aesthetics are perfect but the components are different, the serial number is different.

WAIT AND ASK B4 PURCHASE
I don't want to have you thinking this is not a genuine Zippo but for 2 lighters to have the same fault,,, the lid being slack or wobbly,, was Vpoor but one didn't even have the right indentation on the side of hinge, 2 little circular marks, and and 1 product, the small mark was so Invisible.!??Enough said to give you a heads up..

Excellent quality
So far this looks to be a genuine Zippo lighter, have to check fuel usage etc but the casing and insert all check out fine. Product is smooth and the lid is a solid make, high quality metal has been used and it even has the weight of a genuine Zippo. Came in a Zippo box with a little bar coded sticker with description of the lighter, comes with instructions in all languages and everything checks out okay, even the wielding is spot on so if it is fake it's a good imitation and a trained eye would be fooled for a while I'll bet !

GREAT ZIPPO WITH SERIAL NUMBER TOO
Being Zippo man all my life I’m 42 iv always carried a ZIPPO since my grandpa gave me his very old 1 when he passed away from ww2 it was and it had writing on it from all countries he was sent but this SOA is brilliant in Matt black and painted very well I’m very happy with it especially for price
