Not for a MS Surface
This is an excellent looking leather portfolio. This portfolio was purchased for my Surface Pro. My main gripe is with the leather portfolio does not have a firm hold., just pockets or elastic straps that will evencaully lossen to stop working to place your $2,000 device in (Not a good design for what I wanted to use it for). Seeing that the pockets really do not hold the surface well at all and if you were to use this for an MS Surface it will slip out of the portfolio. Seeing that my surface cost over $1,900. I could not afford for this to happen. I sent the portfolio back to Amazon and for now, will stick with my ESR Surface Pro 6 Case, Multi-Angle Business Cover Pen Holder https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073QQMHKG/?coliid=I3JC8IK8YGROI3&colid=1P4DOIGTFX0WR&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it The ESR Surface Pro 6 Case, it not a portfolio by any means, but it does lock the Microsoft Surface in tight.We really should contact Microsoft and let them know we need better accessories for the Surface Products.

Surface Pro Portfolio Case
This is a well designed case for protecting the Surface Pro while traveling and at meetings. My only minor complaint is that the leather is heavy duty and, as a result, not very flexible. This shows up with minor things like the business card slots which are a tight fit for a standard business card. Also my iPhone is a tight fit in the phone compartment. The external pocket is well designed and will hold the Surface power cord and mouse. There are also other interior pockets for storing miscellaneous small items. Generally, I would say well designed is a plus and somewhat of a minus for the heavy duty leather.

Sturdy and nice
Good size for iPad Pro 12.9 3rd Gen. a little heavy but well built. The pouch on the side helps with the little things. Wish the ipad side has a flap to enable it to stand.

This was a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. Well, he did pick it out. Leather marks up easily, so dont let your kids play w it.
