update: company contacted me and asked how they can help. i changed my rating due to the amazing and caring customer service. hopefully this product can work for someone else!got this to try and combat always having congestion. first time i used it, it really burned my nose. so the next time i didnt inhale as hard. still burned. and did not do anything help! not sure what the hype is and the cost is pretty high. and you CANNOT return. so i wasted money on something that doesnt work and burns my nose bad. live and learn

I've been seeing these, and wanted to try them, but wasn't sure what variation I wanted to use. So I ordered the variety four pack and was not disappointed. Each one has its own special characteristics, but they all do an amazing job of clearing nasal passages and making you feel like your sinuses are open again. Also helped with my cough during a recent cold. I've discovered that the two mint ones are very good at opening up the airways. The tropical one has a calming and soothing effect. And the lavender is strong enough to really make it worth the price for what seems like a small size... they are small, easy to carry, but have an amazing effectiveness, and are all natural. Great buy... will buy them again!

I bought these for my husband because he trouble clearing his throat sometimes. My and my kids all use them as well if we have some stuffy noses. And they do work well. I like the fact that it is all natural ingredients too. The size is nice because you can put in your pocket/ purse too. The smell last long too. It's really do go through your nose to your throat. Money wise they are okay price point wise I paid 26.45 for them but you get didn't flavors. All in all I would probably buy again.

I wanted to love these because they’re marketed really well, but honestly, they didn’t live up to the hype. The scents are definitely pleasant — especially the mint and lavender — and you do get a brief refreshing feeling after using them.But that boost is pretty short-lived, and for the price, I feel like I mostly paid for branding and packaging. They look cool and smell good, but don’t expect any long-term effect or serious relief.If you’re just curious and want something to toss in a bag for a quick pick-me-up, they’re fine. But I wouldn’t buy again unless the price came down.

Update: It seems someone at this company does read reviews as they kindly reached out to me and offered a replacement or refund. A replacement is what I wanted in the first place - simple, and they made this tiny little problem right. I expect I will order again in the future.I actually like boomboom sticks. I ordered a package of three (I've ordered before) and two of the sticks are fine but one is dried up. This issue isn't going to break the bank but I wanted to reach out to the boomboom company and apparently they have no customer service, return, or replacement options. The product is great but why no customer service or return policy? If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for three items and should receive three items.
