This little radiometer works great and is fun to watch all day, as it even spins on an overcast day.

I like the way this radiometer looks, it arrived quickly and was well packed for shipment. However, it only spins moderately fast even in full midday Florida sun. I suspect when the manufacturer made this particular one they did not get the optimum air pressure. I had one 60 years ago that spun at least twice as fast. I am happy with this one but would not order another.

Don't be like me - pay attention to dimensions!! This LITTLE ball is very pricey for it's size, just for decor.It needs a lot of light to activate, too.

I still have my radiometer I bought on a school trip to the Museum of natural history when I was in elementary school . Age has caused the white paddle to fade and stopped working . I enjoyed it so much that, even as an adult, I bought a new one . I was happy to see they still make them . This one doesn’t look like a toy . This one has an old world charm and looks great in my den . Family and friends are always fascinated when they see it .

Just a little jewel of a radiometer. Quiet and efficient sitting in sunshine, the 4 rotating panels catch your eye with their silvery sparkle. Even with high efficiency windows it runs and runs until dusk. Nothing needed but sunshine.

The media could not be loaded.  A really beautifully made visual curiosity piece. The vanes look a little flakey, but luckily I didn't see any paint flakes on the bottom of the glass bulb. Works wonderfully. Adds a little life in an otherwise static room.

Wanted one since I was a kid. Great little science demonstration.

My husband wanted a radiometer to see how much light gets through our old windows and this works great and it isn't an eye sore so its fine being out all the time

I bought this on a whim and I love it! The glass is beautiful and it really does spin. It’s fun to look at and to show people. I like the think is runs on magic, not science haha

It's an ornament I find very intersecting. It sits on the ledge, and when the light is just right,,,,it starts to spin.👍

買って、5ヶ月程で日光に当てても回らなくなりました。以前購入した別の商品も、同じように回らなくなるので、消耗品なのかしら・・・うーーん。
